Join the new world

We need citizens to send food, weapons etc. to newbies so that they can have a better start and not fall behind. If they fall behind they might immigrate to another country and we will lose a citizen. I have seen 16 people do that due to falling behind. Another way to counter this is to be nice to them. A lot of people aren't very nice. The last way I can think of is to create jobs with more money and giving new citizens whatever just for working. If our country is nice and other countries are not nice we can get more citizens and in the end we may be able to become an empire. If we are mean we will be erased from the map like one time years before. Most of it was due to a bad start for newbies. If the newbies move out then the employers won't be able to get any jobs therefore causing them to move. Then again we don't want too many new citizens because they will take up the jobs and cause other new citizens to move out that are probably good at this game knowing that if the good jobs are taken they will have to take the low paying-jobs. If the newbies aren't going to their jobs and the good newbies are going to their low-paying jobs. Then the experienced players will move out. Leaving the new players to be employers, since they don't have much money the jobs will be low paying. The country will fall is this happens.
