Moo on Irelands support for Bolivia

Day 1,108, 10:27 Published in Ireland United Kingdom by moomoohead

Last night the UK attacked all over the place to try to get some of there regions back. The attacks on London hit a speed bump but that is a long story for another day. We started the night with DOD order to defend Wales; it is the only region that they would have a border with us. But god help me I thought I would never say this “killing English is getting a little boring”. We pulled out of that fight, (who really wants Mad dogs home anyway), and deployed to help our Bolivian Brothers. Bolivia was down to one region when we joined in and were against heavy odds. They won a RW so got another region back just when we showed up. They have been fighting for there lives and we have not been able to help them much recently. I contacted there president and asked if he need help. He said his country was going to get wiped and all the help we could provide would be needed. He laughed and said Ireland knew a bit about fighting to keep our country from getting wiped. The Bolivians have some luck, when the resources got allocated they got Rubber which is rarest in the world, but also makes attacking them even more attractive.

We sent about 15 soldiers down to Bolivia fully supplied. Dan M. led the mission and coordinated things with the Bolivians. It did not end well with phenox tanking the region heavily. We did about 150K in damage, to counter the 200K in damage being done in some battles by single phoenix tanks. Snake and TG where our big hitters as usual.

Despite the loss, got to say I was proud of our effort. About a month ago all the talk was how the IDF was not doing good, BLA, BLA,BLA. I watched the second battle; we had 6 people waiting till finial minutes. Dan said fire at t-4 and then all you saw for the last minutes were Irish aviators coming across the screen pushing the wall. We never did that kind of stuff before in other countries. Especially with two hours notice (I was stuck in snow for 1 ½ hours of that, but that is another story). Why the sudden improvement you might ask, not because of anything I did. To me it is just because we are getting good at this kind of thing because of all the war we have had recently. Not saying we are Croatians but it was a great thing to see Irish helping out another country and showing up supplied and following orders at a short notice. BIG thanks to everyone who went there to help and especially Dan our field commander. Some people are claiming that they have been behind the scenes doing something in the government, I still have not figured out what they do, but people like Dan put in long shifts and do a great job for all of us, o7, Great job Dan.

I told Ninth once the reason we are tiring to help the Bolivians of all countries is so when they get sick of me in Ireland I might have a place to go. The real reason is I think as a small country we can not go around helping everyone, we do not have the people or resources, but concentrating our effort on another small country that needs our help is the best strategy for us. When we first got attacked by the UK the Bolivians contacted me to ask if we needed gold and if we wanted to sign an MPP that they would pay both halves too. Then the poor bastards got hit themselves. We need to establish more friendships like this, one country at a time. We will make every effort to assist the Bolivians to defend them selves for the remainder of the time I am in this office. I will be putting options together for Dail to discuss on other ways we can help.

One last note, everyone is rising from the Dead, first it was digits, now sightings of Patton. Told him I wrote a nice “Death Notice” for him and he asked to read it . Going to have to go back and edit all the nice things I said now, thought he was dead.
