and
קניית אספקה | Supply purchase
and if you have the details of how much supplies did the gvmnt buy with that money.

כסף עבור אספקה | Money for supply = sending money for someone else to buy the supplies (usually eIDF).
קניית אספקה | Supply purchase = buying the supply myself (usually Samson).
