The eRepublik Game Moderators Recruitment is open from February 21, 2012 until March 1, 2012.


  Dear citizens,
The Game Moderators Project started in June 2009 and has as a main objective to ensure content moderation on eRepublik by enforcing their will to other players. The Game Moderators Team is also a communication bridge between the eRepublik citizens and the Community Department, keeping the Department up to date minute with the most important events in the New World, Regardless that fact both parts don't give a f*ck about the people who don't buy Gold.

We have come so far over the past years, that we are now looking for more colleagues to join our gang

Essentials for being a good game moderator

 The key fundamentals of being a good Mod are:
Maturity – Being a Mod, whether you agree or not, makes you a member of our staff. That's why you have to be miser and narrow-minded and ofc you need to ignore the tickets and answer with automated answers.
Activity – Wave goodbye to your political activity and say hello to countless "Automatic Reports" tickets(regardless the fact that you'll answer with automated useless answers).
Grammar – Being a moderator doesn't require good grammar because almost in all cases you will answer with automated answers.
Bad sense of humor – Because we act like robots and having fun with the other players is one of the things we do on our (SECRET-only few hundrends of players know it) chat room. We are looking for users with ambition,ignorance and generally a bad sense of humor but with the apt ability to distinguish when it is time to be serious(rarely happens only when Romper,Megalexandros or other diamond players complain about something)

 Basic requirements:
Be familiar with the game and also be an active member of this game
Must respect the eRepublik rules strictly in order to keep himself safe and do whatever he/she wants.
Treat different posts with your own way
Being a mod is not a responsibility,it's a way to abuse your powers.
Be polite and friendly with the diamond players(ignore the others).
Be a daily and active member
Must be online at least 4 times a week and should have enough time to delete articles which criticize the administration.
Be friendly and helpful with the diamond players and try to answer their questions to the best of your ability.Answer other players with automated answers or just ignore them.

Why do you wish to become a Game Moderator?

Do you have any experience as a moderator on other games/forums? If yes, please list the games/forums .
What do you consider to be your top three achievements?
In your opinion, what makes an excellent moderator?
How do you consider the eRepublik team has handled the communication with citizens since you have entered the New World?

Citizen name & ID
How many multies/bots you have
Real life country
Your native language & other languages you know (Medium English skills are mandatory)
Your Intelligence quotient(high/medium scorers will be rejected)

Note that you will receive an answer only if your application was accepted(We not only ignore tickets but applications as well). If you don't get selected to be the next Moderator to represent your country, your application will still be kept in our database and will be ignored again the next time we recruit.”



This is what Administration really wanted to publish and “Good sense of humor – Because we are not robots and having fun is one of the things we do on our (SECRET) chat room. We are looking for users with personality, flare and generally a good sense of humor but with the apt ability to distinguish when it is time to be serious.
