Today I'm founding Mocadece - El Movimiento canadiense para derechos civiles en España, or the Canadian Movement for Civil Rights in Spain.
For far too long as a people we have been stateless, and there is only one reason for that - the continued refusal of Spain to grant citizenship to the people who reside in territories under Spanish control.
We can end this today, Spanish Congress - simply grant me, as well as all other Canadians who have been conquered, citizenship in the country in which they reside. Or we can drag this out for months on end. The choice is yours.
Today I urge you to not only overwhelm the Spanish citizenship system by moving back to Canada and requesting Spanish citizenship, but also to send a PM to the President of Spain.. Tell him you won't stand for the continued repression of Canada.

Interesting. Are you telling us that if eSpain accepts to grant you the citizenship you will help eSpain in its goals? Would you stop fighting in Canadian RW? Will you join us to fight common enemies? Will you celebrate the victories of eSpain in soccer?
If the answer to all these questions is yes, I will support you. But it is clear that we need a commitment about what would change to become eSpaniards.... In exchange we will become in Beliebers (even if we hate him as everybody else...)
What would change is that Spain would do the right thing and stop denying an entire group of people their civil rights. Doing the right thing should not be up for negotiation.
You are wrong in that point. Why would you grant citizenship to hundreds of people from another country to sabotage your own government?
In every conquer, it is necessary a period of pacification before civil rights are given back. The length of this period depends on the collaboration of the local population.

Request Spanish citizenship? Nah, how we have El Oinyo make a video threatening to boycott, uhm... something Spanish... that those lazy Spaniards make... there's nothing... NO WONDER THEY'RE ALL UNEMPLOYED AND PLAYING EREPUBLIK ALL THE TIME!!!
