War
-Both China and North Korea have declared Japan as Natural enemies, Japan has in turn declared China as a natural enemy. (Read more.)
-China has conquered Kyushu and Chugoku, while North Korea has taken Hamgyong.
Immigration Breach
-Former Congressman Collinar gave citizenship to Alexis Bonte in violation of Immigration procedure. He has since fled the country.
Tax Changes
-A tax plan has been decided on to stem the fall of the JPY and raise money for the war effort. VATs are being Raised to 20%, and income taxes reduced to 1%.
International News
War in Europe
-War continues to rage in Europe, with NWO seemingly on top. Brazil has made inroads into Spain, but our Terran ally Germany is down to 1 region. Russia lost Kaliningrad in an exceptionally close battle, and Turkey continues to push back Greece. Croatia and Italy have both lost most of their regions.
Mexican Front
-Mexico has returned to the map after a number of resistance wars against Poland. Initial advances by the US against Poland in southern Mexico have been reversed however.
Portugal joins Terra
-Portugal has become the 10th member of Terra. (Read More)
New Alliance
-The formation of Luna has been announced.

The Philippines
Uruguay
Reactions to it's formation have ranged from "meh" to "lol".
