Minister of Welfare - baby census

Hello citizens of North Korea,
As you know I am the new Minister of Welfare(MoW). I am the most suitable man for this position. I have plenty of experience because I held the post 3 times before. I hope I will be useful to the new players and citizens. I'd like to thank President Kriny for giving me this opportunity of being MoW again.

The budget of my ministry is 1500 KPW but it will raise eventually if I find new babies and inexperienced players.

There is a simple thing in order to apply for funding and tuition - you have to be bellow 24th level and be a NK citizen. As you know our countries doesn't have many babies that is why the level is higher( in ordinary countries it is 20th level).

So, you may apply for funding by posting a comment bellow the article.
I urge all players who know people bellow 24 level to report them to me cause I can track them easily that way. Also you can make donations to the ministry to me. All will be recorded and nothing will be lost.
