Congress! Your citizen pass is yours. Whoever you grant citizenship is your responsibility. You can accept your friends, bribes,pics etc, but that falls on you.
However if you have no friends or do not know what to do with your citizen pass,message Lexone.
Direct all citizenship requests to me! Once I have someone for you to accept I will reply to the pm you sent me.
This month we have only 40 citizen passes. Hopefully next month we get 80.
