Join the new world

A bill proposed by x.jorge, raising minimum wage from 1.0 to 1.5 in chilean currency, was rejected unfortunately for some of us in Chile, by 6 for yes, to 16 for no. It would have helped some of us, while it might have worsened the condition of some smaller businesses, but still would have been nice, maybe, although it is government control of businesses, and that is socialism in my opinion, but its contreversial. some people stand neutral, whilst some stand for it, and some against it. Although government-run industry MIGHT help economies, it is not constitutional in many eyes including mine, but hopefully most people dont support socialism and communism in Chile for the betterment of Chilean society.
