מה ההיגיון בלשים שכר מינימום 20?
אתם אולי חושבים שאתם תומכים בשחקנים חדשים אבל אתם פוגעים בהם
בשכר מינימום כזה אני לא מתכוון להציע עבודות חדשות, ואני מבטיח לכם שגם מי שעדיין כן, בקרוב לא.

הסיבה היא שגם ככה עסקים בקושי מחזיקים פה את הראש מעל המים.
עם שכר מינימום גבוה אנחנו מפסידים על ייצור, או שאנחנו נאלצים להעלות את מחירי התוצרים.

אם נעלה את מחירי התוצרים - שוב לא נוכל להתמודד מול ייבוא זול.

כך שהמסקנה היא שנפסיק לייצר מה שיכניס את המשק למיתון עמוק אפילו יותר.
לשנות לפני שיהיה מאוחר מידי!

(אגב, זה נכון שבערך שיקלי המשכורות ירדו מאוד, אבל נקודת האיזון נשמרה, הן מבחינת ערך הזהב של המשכורת והן מבחינת כך שעדיין רוב הרווח על העבודה נשאר אצל העובד ולא אצל בעל המפעל

ותחשבו על זה.

Adde😛 inaccurate "translation" of the above ideas:

- The current minimum wage is too high and uncompetitive.
- It has caused me to withdraw from posting new job offers because at this rate only my Q7 factory is profitable (My Q5 are very marginally profitable as well, but when you account for the risk of managing a warehouse of goods with declined prices, you will see that it's a risk not worth taking).
- While 20 NIS is low, in gold value and purchase power it is on balance with the old salaries.
- 20 NIS is better than 0, which is what you'll get when all factory owners will reach the conclusion they're losing money on employees.
- Also if you thought we can deal with that by raising the product prices, think again. This will cause imports to cut our throoats. It can only work if you strongly increase the tax on importing food and weapons.

אז מה אתה רוצה ששחקן חדש יקבל משכורת 15 שקל ואפילו כסף לאוכל לא יהיה לו!? אני לא מדבר על נשקים...
המשכורת כל הזמן יורדת בצורה ששחקן חדש וגם שחקן כמוני שמשחק פה הרבה זמן לא מצליחים לשרוד פה
אני לא אשקר לך עוד מעט נגמר לי הכסף ואז על מה אני ישחק פה על 15 שקל ליום שעוד לוקחים לי מס על זה ולא נשאר לי ממה לשרוד פה..
אז צריך לשים שכר מינימום שיתן שאם מעסיקים ירצו להעסיק עובדים הם יעשו את זה בשכר שהוא לפחות טיפה נורמלי..

Where are all these high school children who are experts in the economy of the games because they are playing since eIsrael was under occupation ?
When will you understand that young players should get weapons and food when they prove they fight and money is only needed by plant owners to buy materials.

The stagnation in the Israeli market is a direct outcome of people buying weapons and food out of the country donating without paying taxes lowering all prices below profitable level

With 15nis today you can buy ~2000-3000 life, which is more than enough to fight without weapons. That's not a lot but it's a start. Hey, I didn't fight with weapons until weeks AFTER i owned a factory! In this game not everybody can afford it, not at the start.

Players taht play for a while will get there eventually.

Anyway minimum wage will (actually - has already) cause factory owners to not post job offers. At the moment I can't post new job offers if i lose money.

I only employ people at the moment because i have a Q7 factory, but that seems to be going down as well and at this rate sooner or later i will be the only one working in my factories.
And then what?
Where will all the noobs work if no one will offer them a job?

15 NIS is better than nothing, I assure you.

עם העלו את שכר המינימום כדי לעזור לשחקנים המתחילים אז למה שפשוט יתנו קצת יותר כסף לכל אחד שנרשם ובמקרה של אי פעילות משרד האוצר יותר לקחת לו את הכסף ההתחלתי מהחשבון שלו (במידה ויש עליו כסף)אחרי חודשיים שלושה של אי פעילות.

אל תתנו להם דגים, תנו להם חכות ולמדו אותם לדוג
פרויקט החונכות הוא רעיון מצוין גם אם שחקן חדש מחליט שלא להצטרף אליו
הוא צריך לבקש נשק/מזון או אפילו כסף ולקבל אם הוא מבין מה לעשות איתם
אין סיבה שהשכר יהיה גבוה, רצוי היה שכולם יעבדו על שקל
והכסף יבוא רק מקניות של שחקנים ותיקים שירכשו בארץ בלבד או מרכש של האוצר
שימו לב שכל הרמות יש הצעות במחירי הפסד ואז ישנה סטגנציה
אני כרגע לא מעסיק אף אחד כי אין לי כסף לשלם משכורת או לקנות חומרי גלם כי לא קונים בשוק
