Luego de ser nombrado por el nuevo Gobierno eBoliviano como responsable del Ministerio de Justicia, me siento en la obligacion de exponer publicamente lo que seran los lineamientos generales en esta Area tan poco considerada pero que es muy importante del juego.

Equilibrio:

- eRepublik tiene unas reglas que, aunque son limitadas, ya permiten tener una base de referencia legal. Hacer trampas, abusos, insultos, enriquecimiento ilicito, difamacion son clara y rapidamente identificables como algo a sancionar. - El Foro nacional es el lugar donde se desarrolla gran parte de la actividad politica y de comunidad de cualquier pais. Al no tener muy desarrollado esos aspectos "ingame" los ciudadanos nos valemos de neustra voluntad y creatividad para darnos nuevas herramientas de trabajo y normas de convivencias (se denominan Leyes OffGame, que no siempre afectan cuestiones "ingame").

El Ministerio de Justicia, al no ser un cargo oficial ingame, o por no tener la formalizacion del Admin, reduce su actividad al ambiente offgame, aunque para sancionar (y premiar) tome en cuenta acciones ocurridas ingame.

ES AHI DONDE SE REQUIERE UN EQUILIBRIO


RAZONABILIDAD

Desde siempre, el tema judicial se ha encarado como una cuestion de A QUIEN, PORQUE y POR CUANTO TIEMPO castigar.

En mi opinion, al aspecto sancionador deberiamos incorporar el de premiar a aquellos ciudadanos que por su trabajo y compromiso se destaquen, de forma periodica.

En el caso de las SANCIONES, estas deberan ser RAZONABLES, entendiendo que estamos en un juego y que lo importante es la pedagogia (hacer comprender el objetivo y la importancia de las reglas que nos autoimponemos) mas que la simple violencia judiciaria (convertirnos en una especie de Gestapo erepublikana).


FORMA DE TRABAJO:



No es mi intencion convertirme en juez y verdugo de nadie. Que eso quede claro antes que nada.

eBolivia tiene un limitado numero de leyes vigentes, que necesitan de forma urgente ser ordenadas, ampliadas y complementadas.

Mi idea es que el puesto de Ministro de Justicia sea el de un Coordinador de los diferentes "Juzgados", referidos a diferentes areas de trabajo. Asi, deberemos plantear la creacion de:

Juzgados para asuntos militares: A cargo de la justicia militar sobre la base de las normas militares existentes. Los asuntos mas corrientes podrian ser resueltos por los propios capitanes, y los mas complejos, ser tratados por el Min. de Defensa.

Juzgados para asuntos economicos: Ladrones, estafadores, y quienes violentes las reglas en materia economica, tendran aqui el lugar para el analisis de sus casos.

Juzgados para asuntos politicos y electorales: Ya existe una Corte Nacional Electoral, pero sin fuerza real para contener o sancionar a quienes incumplen sus normas.

Finalmente, las agresiones verbales, difamacion y todo aquello que no se incluya en las nateriores categorias seran tratado por los propios moderadores del foro, sobre la base de las normas del foro vigentes, en tanto no se determine otra figura.

El Objetivo en esta legislatura sera dejar el area judicial ordenada, completada y con la estructura judicial definida y reglamentada, incluyendose el tema de "Carrera Judicial", como alguna vez se hizo con el area de Relaciones Exteriores.

Un aparato Judicial constituido por gente preparada, objetiva y de confianza para la comunidad sera una pieza importante para el poceso de reconstruccion nacional.

After being appointed by the new Government eBoliviano as head of the Ministry of Justice, I feel obliged to state publicly what will be the general guidelines in this area so much discussion but it is very important to the game.

FORM OF WORK:



It is not my intention to become judge and executioner of anyone. Keep that clear before anything else.

eBolivia has a limited number of existing laws, which urgently need to be sorted, expanded and supplemented.

My idea is that the post of Minister of Justice is that of a coordinator of various "Courts", referring to different areas of work. Thus, we propose the creation of:

1. Courts in military matters: In charge of military justice on the basis of existing military standards. The most common issues could be resolved by their own captain, and more complex, be addressed by the Min. of Defense

2. Courts to economic issues: Thieves, scammers, and those violating the rules on economic, will have here the place for the analysis of their cases.

3. Courts for political and electoral issues: There is already a National Electoral Court, but no real power to restrain or punish those who violate its rules.

Finally, the verbal attacks, defamation and everything that is not included in the category nateriores will be dealt with by the moderators themselves, based on existing rules of the forum, while another figure is not determined.

The objective in this legislature will be ordered to leave the court area, complete with defined legal structure and regulation, including the issue of "judiciary career", as once was done with the area of Foreign Affairs.

Judicial apparatus comprising people prepared, objective and trusted by the community will be an important piece to the Process of National Reconstruction.
