Mighty PHX fighters! (saga continues)

More and more of brave PHX kamikaze fighters are being born every day! This time they are spawning in Karnataka, with citizenship of India. They will be able to vote in India in the coming congressional elections.
Needless to say that PHX is back to their old tricks of using this spawned little kamis to illegaly pTO a country. Nothing wrong with legal attempt to pTO, but cheating is cheating. Here are some names again:

Remember, nobody likes a game where cheating goes unpunished except for cheaters!
Please vote, shout, sub if you like and most of all - report these for multiaccounting!
Disclaimer: I know that only admin has a tool to determine what is and what is not a multi account. However, when situation is as obvious as this, I believe that public awareness of this problem and high alertness to spot these multi -farms only helps admins to perform their jobs better! That is the sole purpose of this article. It is in no way undermining the good work that the game staff is doing and the proof is massive banning of Brigade A and Brigade B in Argentina!

For the record the official stance of the eUS military is all multis are bad and should be reported. Cheaters never win and winnners never cheat.

What is the purpose of making multies in Poland??? Surely not to TO another country, then they would be made there.
Motive for making multies in Karnataka is clear - illegal pTO of India. All multies are bad, but those used in pTO are just pathetic. People are leaving the game because of the cheaters and I am sure admins do not want that! Bots do not buy gold from them, players do!

Cheating is cheating. whatever the reason for making multies (pto, labor, soldiers) They are all bad and should be reported.

I voted the article you linked up. We here in the eUS have a frenzied hate of Multies. Keep bringing those articles to our attention, and I, for one will vote them up. Please don't use Polish multis as an excuse for Phoenix cheaters, and support our efforts too end cheating and multis.
Cheating hurts everyone so we should all be able to get together and oppose it in unity.

Admins start banning IP ADRESSES of people who use multis
Might have people stop doing it.
For people who use same computer to play the game, it will give them more reason not to use them, they wouldn't want to get their family member or friend banned.
