Memory Lane
Sander Cohen
The state of politics in this country recently has driven me completely insane, and i started thinking about the old days. A trip down memory lane if you will. In my musings I stumbled across the first and only article i have ever desired to write in this game. Back when working and training required trivia questions and no one could ever have dreamed of a "Lana." Back when we actually had real politics, competition between party's and contested elections. My poorly written article discussed issues such as the announcement of the soon to be inclusion of new countries such as eMalaysia and our floundering economy( i guess some things never change). You can see the article it's just a click away. The cold truth is that Thailand was a far more active and stable country then than it is now and that fact really cuts deep. Then I looked at the comments and a smile slowly shot across my face. I saw so many familiar faces, old friends long gone. Some dead some simply moved on. Names like Gentyle, Wisdom, and Guy Kilmore. I'm not sure if more than four or five other active players in this country even remember those times and those guys. They are the reason i call eThailand home. Anyways enough of my sentimental ramblings, here's to the hope that the Thailand we all envisioned way back then will someday bear the fruit of our labors.
Cheers

I remember "Genital" 😛 JK Gentyle, I miss him so. He is however still around 1 clinking
I remember trivia, Only cool people have strength measured to the Thousandths.
My first articles were about my uninformed incensed outrage directed towards VG (ANARCHISTS NOOOOO). I guess not much changes, other than my targets. >.>
I guess I am one of the four or five other active players in eThailand remembering those times and those guys.
Thanks for taking me down memory lane!
I remember them. I came at the tail end of Guy Kilmore's term. Citizenship has made us so unstable in my opinion. We have our work cut out for us. We all need to step up more, myself included.
