Medic: 9-5 My plan for V1 Edition

I plan to start a business in V1. Yes, this probably doesn't seem all that odd, but I plan on running it a bit differently than most businesses. I plan on turning 90% of the profits over to my employees in the form of weekly donations (10% go to me to pay for the capital costs).
Ah, now you ask, why hasn't this been done before. First of all, the idea is a bit too [a url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialism]Socialist[/a] for most residents. I dont really have a response to that. I'm not exactly sure where the medic program falls on the communist scale with the government purchasing gifts and giving them to those who it will have the biggest impact in productivity. Second, most people don't want to take the time and effort to fairly distribute earnings. I'm certain I have the second problem solved.
First, I've developed quite a few useful [a url=http://www.myerepublik.com/forum/index.php?topic=129.0]scripts[/a]. It is possible to use a couple of these scripts to gather information about a number of people. Specifically, wellness and skill; the two key components of the productivity formula. My plan would be to collect employee skills and wellness on a weekly basis. I would then preform a [a url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riemann_integral]stepwise integration[/a] to determine total productivity for the week. With that information, it would be possible to estimate every person's contribution and fairly distribute profits.
Of course there are other things to consider, yes the daily presence factor will vary on a daily basis, but that is not something that an individual has direct control over, thus it should not be a factor in their compensation. Though it is in their best interest for the low skilled workers to work earlier in the day and the higher skilled workers to work later in the day. Also, there would have to be a daily salary for everyone. This should be constant and slightly greater than Q+1 food. This would be removed from the employee's share of the profits, but they should never owe the company money.
That's about all I have to say on that. The industry of this business will almost certainly be one of the new ones for V1, so exiting company owners don't need to worry.

What advantage would that have over paying employees a percentage of the value of their production?
@Librarian... If I understand you right, you mean donating instead of setting salaries. This way is much more exact and quickly responds to market conditions. There is almost no chance of the business failing. Additionally, company owners won\'t be able to get away with 50% or greater profits, this would be distributed to employees
(sigh) I\'ve been placed on the banned list, even though I eat nothing but Q4 food. I couldn\'t do more than that before, but I just got a Q2 house, so it should help. Is there any form of redress to be taken off the banned list? In any case, thanks for all the work you did on this, Pearlswine.

For others who are curious, all you need to do is so some sort of commitment to maintaining a high wellness. People get on the banned list by relying on the medic to keep them topped off, either by not eating high quality food, or not owning a house. If you can\'t afford a house, well talk to your company owner, they may be able to help you out. If that doesn\'t work, I\'d suggest either taking out a loan or finding a job with a lower quality company.

basically you dont recieve gifts even if you need them because you become too inactive or you dont take enough initiative to raise your wellness yourself (i.e. not getting high enough quality food)

Wouldn\'t it be easier to just set their Salaries upward, rather than donations? That\'s what I would have done. Estimate their Productivity and use a multiplier based on the sales price.
I mean, I had thought much about doing the same thing, but because I keep trying to upgrade, it\'s not really an option. I still hope for the day that all my Companies will be solidified and I can afford to throw more money at my loyal Employees and into war.
Anyway, you will be easily pulling Employees out of all the other Raw Mat Industries, so be careful not to ruin stuff. Will be a crazy startup.
