Due to the large number of new arrivals, the US average wellness has fallen to 69.3 point. The total need has also jumped to ~27000 points.

Unfortunately it appears that the US's recent growth will be short lived. The people who recently joined appear to be working for 1 or 2 days and then never coming back. 172 of the 1173 people present in my scan (I filter out people who haven't worked since the last week of July) appear inactive. 76 of the 172 people have worked less than 5 days, most of those having joined in the past 2 weeks.

Still, in the past month the US's active population has doubled. Early in July my typical scan picked up

In regards to the 8-3 Article, I was thinking the military pay system would be very easily set up through donations. Of course there\'s room for problems if incorrect donations get sent out, but I don\'t think it very likely; your Gifting script doesn\'t incorrectly Gift people, and my Salary script doesn\'t incorrectly set Salaries. I think it\'s safe to proceed.

As to the difficulty of it, well, I think it just as easy as logging in... Of course I\'d help if you need it.
