It's been an interesting week here in the eUSA. The fight for president has wound to a close with Archibald as the victor. I'm a member of his cabinet as I was with Dish. I have some good news for those jingoists out there, Archibald and I have been discussing the possibility of an Automatic wartime medic, after a little hacking today I think I've come up with something.

This medic script will piggyback on the current medic scripts. In order to be included in these scripts you will need to be employed with a company in the US. During times of war, the usual medic script will be run once a day shortly after a battle ends. The in order to determine if you qualify your previous day's battle record will be compared to the current battle record. If the number of battles fought in has increased, you would initially qualify for the medic program. Skill will probably also be a prereq as we'd have to ration supplies during times of war. It may take a day or two to get yourself on the list and there will probably be a few errors, but it should work better than the current medic system.

There are additional uses for this information as well. It's theoretically possible to automate pay in a similar manner. This hasn't been discussed yet and I'm a little nervous to try doing anything that involves buying, selling or donating money due to the occasional server errors that have a tendency to change data. It would even be possible to just run a script where a list of people are donated a certain amount of money. It'd take a bit of learning and testing to create a script like this, I'm not sure I have the knowledge necessary to create this sort of script at the moment, but it's still theoretically possible.

On to more normal medic stuff. Active population is on the rise. 923 people are employed and have worked since Jul 10. 797 have worked since Aug 1. Average wellness is 70.2. Basically flat since the last scan. I'm going to step up gifting this week, I'm hoping for a 1-2 point rise over the course of the week. Need is still around 20,000 points. There has been some progress and I'm not seeing the same people in the top 20 list much more.
