Seriously though this game should like check a person's nationality when it choses people for ya to attack on the battlefield just saying. (Even though in the end, who you fight isn't really relevant save their strength, health and best weapon in their inventory so there isn't really any reason to).

What is Akki doing fighting for the Republic of China (Taiwan)? O.O

It's like a trick that if I enter a train war first by join the Repression side first and soon get out and join the resistence side, then you can kill people with resistence side nationality while adding kills to the resistence side.
Such tricks can easily be used fighting for Mercenary Medals.
For example: when trying to get 25 kills for Bolivia in Bulgaria/Bolivia RW, if you join the Bolivian side first you'll face mostly Bulgarian, but you'll face Bolivians while joining Bulgarian side.

So using such tricks can add you kills for Bolivians while fighting Bolivians, which is much easier than fighting Bulgarians 'cause Bolivian enemies might always be the same one with low strength and without weapons, sometimes even low health that you can shoot him down with only 1 food fight.
For players with over 10k str this skill can be called overpower compared with others in missions like 250 kills or 100 kills in one day.
