Dear All,

Would like to publicly announce I'm running for MDU Party President, after CV James has announced he will not be seeking re-election.

Over the past month I have given a great deal of my time and effort to the Movement and believe I have played an important role, alongside Json, BBB and of course CV James in the MDU becoming the respected and upcoming party it is of today.

My achievements within the party in the past month include playing a massive role in the redrafting of the manifesto in early November, seeing membership over double in my time as Membership Officer, being the party's first Presidential Candidate and equaling our membership in votes. As any party member I hope will vouch for, I am extremely active within party forums and am an approachable and reliable person.

I have been dedicated to the MDU from the off, and strongly believe I can continue the amazing work that CV James has done as our Party President thus far.

MDU has done well this past term in getting its name out there, publicizing itself and having others acknowledge it as a key player in eUK politics.

In my term as Party President I would aim to consolidate this, not only in terms of continuing to work to increase membership as I have done, but also getting MDU more active in terms of Public & HoC propositions. MDU is ready to stand alongside the 'big three' in eUK politics and I believe I am the right person for the job, having proved my utmost dedication to the party and having put such a great deal of work in to get the MDU where it is now.

While this is not a manifesto as such, I have posted further ideas on our party forums but merely wanted to publicly announce my candidature.
