May 2013 Congress Elections
This is the final, published, results. New Era lost 4 votes for multis, etc, and WRP lost 1. Hmm .. if they can adjust for multis, why can't they delete them? Anyway, those lost votes meant I snuck in .. yay!!
The votes cast, and therefore seats allocated, were as follows:
As can be seen UKRP mobilized their members the best, but, by flying solo, they were relying on the floating voters to get more than 6 seats. UKPP/ESO & TUP/IA could've done a lot better. New Era et al, and WRP/PCP both failed to secure less than half their respective party populations votes. Maybe this was down to voter apathy, especially on the part of the biggest party New Era, who thought that 14 seats were in the bag.

you're right Nico .. at one stage you had 6 seats & I forgot the order when I split the parties up. Not 100% certain about the GBDP seat either.
If we get 5 seats, PCP will get 2
Well I think that we stood our ground rather well against the coalitions, every single UKRP member should be proud of themselves for this because without them this wouldn't have been made possible! It looks like all the campaigning paid off, all of you can give yourselves a pat on the back! 🙂

Overall voting turn out was down by about 80 votes too.
New Era and WRP getting a small % of votes from their party is purely down to recruiting more of their party in the last month leaving more inactives, but still a good step forward
If WRP/ PCP get 5 seats, i'll be very happy
They're combine party memberships; i.e New Era + Freemasons + GBDP & WRP + PCP. Same for TUP + Ind. Alliance & UKPP + ESO
We ran this congress only with Freemasons, collect more information

I went through your list an 2 appeared to be from Freemasons and 1 from GBDP. people need to update their avatars/profile when they switch parties
Oh, and congress articles need to explicit in their detail, like UKPP/ESO & TUP/IA, saves us commentators guessing
well maybe you should ask, that person's name is freemason they have no need to change their avatar they have been in New Era for a couple of weeks , and the gdbp guy left them over a week ago so that is 11 seats New Era not 9
Freemasons are New Era, there just a ploy to get another new Era voting bloc into the top 5 so your numbers are correct Neil.

The fact the overall vote was down, i think proves people are getting tired of the same shit from government and congress, exciting change it needed.

Will you be posting an article on the elections that clarifies what went on with Freemasons and GBDP? Seems there's a bit of confusion over that.
By people "getting tired of the same shit from government" does that include the two times you were CP in the last 6 months, or only the 4 CPs who weren't you??
Nevertheless, the fall in the numbers of people voting in the eUK is following a general trend across the entire eWorld.

I don`t care about misleading articles.
I would though like to congratulate all other parties for their activity involving congress elections.
We all parties still need to get rid of the lack of presence of our eUK members on elections.
But overall a good result for everybody.
And we never set our target to 14 seats. Stop talking shit, I can feel how you stink 🙂
