Matrix of Leadership

Hello, eFilipinos,

As we all know, we are having a Congress elections,a few days from now.

As you may all know, I am running again as Congressman of Visayas.
Well, I watched Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. At the Middle-End part, Sam was called by Optimus Prime's descendants. Their leader, told Sam about this:

"The Matrix of Leadership is not what you've found. It is what you've earned."

What is that mean?
Well, most of us think that a leader has a good qualities: good deliberation, honest & responsible.
But, there is one, which is lacking: Willing to serve & Prove it who you are.

See, in real life, most of our leaders are not proving to serve for the nation. They are focusing more on their personal interest.

So, my fellow eFilipinos,
Always remember that the most important qualities of a good leader is the willingness to serve & Prove you are a leader, Not just running in a political positions, but also in our vereyday lives, either real life or eLife.
