Assalam-o-Alaikum Pakistan !
In eRepublik, i am familier with name of Cluster Storms. I am playing eRepublik from 1 year. You are surprised why i am writing in urdu because it's our national language. By doing this, i am promoting my national language. And i decided to write on a paper !

For presidency of Pakistan my Manifesto as follow:
i-> Dodial fund program will remain continue. Responsibility of books of account will be under supervision of MoF.
ii-> This is my new idea ! I named it "Flooding". Main purpose of this idea is that this is the responsibility of every citizen of ePakistan to bring at least two people with them. If our current population is 384, then we can bring 768 new citizen. New citizen repeat this situation again and this process will remain continue. The question how do we control, food and weapon will be provided as a Gift for those who will bring those new citizens. We will keep record of every citizen who will complete this task.
To maintain, activity of citizen we will start free food and weapon program , those foods and weapons will be provided for new citizen as an aid. Whenever, new citizen needs aid he/she needs to come on IRC or forum for request for aid.
For new citizen, guides will be available. These will provide guidance to new citizens so that they can understand game.
These working will be carried out under supervision of MoM and MoIA.
By doing this, we can maintain activity of citizen as well as increase our population.
iii-> Changes in tax. Details will be broadcast later on. This will be under supervision of MoM and MoIA.
iv-> Cabinet reformation.
v-> For congress members selection, team will be developed which consists of two or three people. They will chose only those people who are really believable.
vi-> My idea is that a bank will be developed which will provide loan. Loan will be provided to only capable persons.
vii-> My another idea is that we will create Pak-China forum, that will promote Pak-China Friendship in eRelations also. With this, will will introduce ePak in more FA with help of eChina. In this, we will discuss about defense, we will discuss about our regions returns and other things which will be carried out under discussion. This will under supervision of MoFA.
viii-> In last, my opinion is that at end of each week there will be cabinet session. In the session, discussion on country situation, FA analysis, how strong our defense, MoF will provide report on expense etc
I have good idea who will be in my cabinet but if anyone want to join cabinet, he/she will PM me or form will be provided so that he/she can apply to join cabinet by filling the form.
I hope, you will not be surprised with my Manifesto and thinking. If you think, i am capable for selection of president then vote for me.

Good to publish an article in urdu but it will be great to translate it in English as well. We have some players who don't understand urdu.
@Cluster : Good initiative. At least you have taken time to think of an agenda and ideas. This is great. There are gaps in all plans, do not be disturbed by criticism. Team work can iron out any gaps. You must however not that this is ePak not Pakistan. There are people here who do not understand Urdu. It would be good if you can add English translation below your speech.

Flooding idea is actually really good for the start, because those who invited the new players will actually teach newcomers. Also, as their friends are invited, retention is much likely to be much much higher than normally, 50-60% would be my rough estimate. Ofc, nagging people to invite friends should be a bigger problem, so I guess you should be very happy if 50 people invite average of 2 players. If 50 out of those 100 survive the first two months, we have a very nice core to start with.
By the way, I was never really up for those free food programs. ATM it's much easier to survive than back when I started (interesting once upon a time story btw), and we managed to survive through a ~15k players retained babyboom, I think it is just a waste of money to give too much to the new players (they usually have no idea how much to ask etc)
Loans should be provided during Training Center discount upgrade, not at random times. Eventually during company upgrades (cos of this new rocket thing) and in a few exceptional cases. Otherwise it's just promoting unoptimized gameplay.
I do not know what you mean by "forum". Forums are generally not used, so setting up one would be a big waste of time. Extending discussions with China is not a bad idea, as we need security on that border. Provided you willing to waste your time on them.
Weekly meetings would be a great idea. What I have learned however, is that people are very lazy, and you will need to nag them a lot in order to hold those meetings. Also, having agenda prepared is a must, otherwise it will just go offtopic and die.
Also, I'd like you to tell us more about your cabinet reforms and the "congress members section".

Forum is not like we will create for discussion ! It's something like where we both sit together and discuss our problem through negotiation.
