Not sure where you're getting the idea that it's a state loan program?
The course is being run by the ministry of industry as it says in the first line 😛
The guides on how to run businesses successfully will come from top rated articles from across the world. We'll supply links to statistic websites, company calculators and other helpful tools for running a business.
ofc all the info supplied will be used at the users discretion, but creating an easier way for people to access this info is giving them the best chance possible of selecting the right market and running their companies so that they make a profit.
There are lots of gaps in the irish market right now and we should do what we can to ensure that those gaps are filled with Irish made produce rather than foreign.

We'll also be giving messages to owners of specific businesses, in case the gov would like to contact them. So we really want everyone with business interests in Ireland to sign up.
