Fellow eCanadians,
The new war has started.
During this time of crisis, we must stand shoulder to shoulder with eUSA. They must be able to rely upon all of our resources as we confront this threat. We must give them all of the blood, sweat and tears that we are able to.
I know that diplomatic relations between our countries has been complicated in recent times. We must put that behind us, for both of us face a far greater threat. We cannot and will not have a free eCanada without a strong, and prosperous eUSA. Period.
There was a time in eRepublik where there was no alliance or friendship that was stronger than the Brolliance. Let's return to those days. Let's pour everything we have into helping the eUSA defeat these oppressors.
Let's not look for credit or glory - our only mission is to turn back the enemy hordes from North American soil. Our very survival depends on it.

Nonsense. Lets quit being suckers and actually expect something out of this supposed relationship other than eAmerican indifference.
I 100% agree, the only eCanada I have never know is the unquestioning servant of eUSA, I came back expecting something different, what a fool I was.
Face it, they're just not that in to us.
Our former CP burned the Brolliance... Giving up on our eUSA brothers is not the way to repair that.
Besides, from a purely selfish angle - we will never have a free eCanada without a strong eUSA. Even if the Spanish up and left, do you not think eSerbia, ePoland, eHungary etc would not look north?
A humbled eUSA might one day be a good ally. A wipe might be the medicine they need for them to ever again resemble our former "Bro".
I'm not so sure... Especially if we didn't assist them.
Do you really think that with a strong eUSA we'll stand a chance against eSerbia, ePoland, or eHungary?
As the USA suffers, so to does Canada suffer.
It's pretty hard to suffer more then 5 months of occupation.
How does permanent occupation sound? Without the eUSA, that could be our fate.
That already seems to be our fate. Occupation is the (frankly, not really all that) new reality.
We must defend our friends without asking what is in it for us! That is the definition of being a good friend. We fight to keep the US free!

Ask your self, does USA do this? If you can't definitely say yes, which if you don't lie to your self, you won't, then they are no friend, but our master.
We elected "he who shall not be named" as CP and unfortunately that lead to a wipe and bad relations down south.
It is eCanada who should be humbled, not eUSA. Old friends have their backs to the wall, now is the time to rekindle that friendship.

I wish the eUSA administration was more publicly (or privately) receptive of the broalliance.
It would seem to me that even if we are on good relations with eUSA, they are still on good relations with eSpain and would not want to ruin that in these dangerous times, so until something snaps (i.e Spain NE's eUSA or something) then I doubt we will get much official help, regardless of what we do down south.
The US is part of COT. eSpain is part of TWO. It is TWO who is attacking the US as part of the war against COT.
I dont see why members of an alliance are sitting on the fence playing both sides as the war goes on. Sooner or later sides will need to be picked and they will have to hop in and assist their alliance.

There is more than one way the eUSA can assist us after we send the invaders home. They can use their friendship with eSpain to help broker a peace where our country is returned to us.
We must continue to fight for the Brolliance and send the TWO aggressors home.

Canada needs to do its part and attack the American regions being held by the UK like we've done in the past. Oh wait thats right we are wiped and they didn't give a damn. Canada didn't stab the US in the back. They US was going to stab all of our allies in the back and ally with many of the countries that are now invading them.
Screw the BROlliance, eCanada needs to get it's own act together and start figuring out a new way to free itself and help itself. eUSA has never cared about eCanada unless it suited their fancy. Yes I haven't been on in a while, but the truth is the truth.
Time to make new deals, and new friends. eCanada shouldn't be a dependency of Spain, it should be an Empire that spans the North. Like our National Anthem says. The True, North, Strong, and Free. Well so far we're not True to ourselves, our Northern Territories and Provinces gone, our Strength invisible, and our Freedom in chains.
So do yourselves a favour eCanada. Time to learn the lesson's of the past, and stop repeating history over, and over again.
How do you propose we do this?
Start talks with other Nations we always considered Enemies.
Fight for our Independence, and regain our territories from Spain. Whether through a diplomatic plan with Spain, and our current allies, or by Force.
By creating a solid direction for the country to commit to.
The specific actions and decisions really depend on just how many people in eCanada can align to these same ideas. If we can come together and work towards these ideas.
eCanada has fought hard and bravely with the support of Asgard and several eUSA MUs for 5 months, yet we are still occupied. eCanada alone cannot take on eSpain and TWO.
The administration proposed an NAP with eSpain that would have returned most of our regions to us - but not only was there a deep division on that proposal, but the same people invading the eUSA would quickly take those regions from us.
It's a tough predicament with no easy solution. I believe our best hope is fighting for the Brolliance and working out a solution for a free eCanada after we send the TWO oppressors home.
Also keep in mind ASGARD is doing their best to help us free ourselves but we are a few small countries against a massive powerful alliance.
We had a referendum only last week to see if we should join the other massive alliance to see if we can fair any better there. The nation said no and to stay in ASGARD so we are honestly doing the best we can with what we have now.
The majority of the people who filled out that poll actually said we should join CoT. At the same time a majority (and not even an overwhelming one) said we should stay in Asgard. The difference between the two: just two votes and one of those was mine because I wanted to make a point about how flawed that vote was. That really was a terrible poll.
The fact of the matter remains gentlemen, that eCanada is repeating history for the 5-6th time. This is not the FIRST time this situation has come about, and yet we are still playing it the same way EVERY time.
- Help the eUSA win their war
- Wait for them to finally decide to help
- Stay in an Alliance that clearly thinks eCanada as a 2nd rate nation.
All I'm saying is we forget about the BROlliance, and let them figure it out for themselves for a change, without our help. The BROlliance has always benefited the eUSA more then eCanada anyways, even though it's suppose to be mutually-beneficial.
Time to think of something new, whether it means talking to TWO, CoT, I don't care. eUSA is the past, and will always disappoint us.
