The importance of an eIsraeli Forum
The creation of a forum is a complicated task, create the categories, choose the correct administrators and moderators, establish groups, among other things, are complex. However, the hardest part is to create an active forum, with daily traffic ... a forum with life.

This last is the most difficult to achieve, because only reached through the work of all, through the efforts of the whole community of Israel. The designer can do an excellent job, moderators can be online 24 hours a day, even administrators can move threads and keep the forum clean all the time, but if the people of Israel does not agrees to use the forum, all that work will be in vain.

Personally, I think that 50% of the gameplay of eRepublik, is in the Forums and chat rooms. The chats are used to achieve cohesion among the population, to generate friendships and groups of people who follow the same ideals, but also serve to generate rivalries between political parties, Military units, etc, wich is good too. But in any Chat can decide serious issues, like to propose a new idea, remove any doubts about the game mechanichs, and even vote.



For this purpose exists the forum structure.

In a forum you can discuss ideas for hundreds of pages, and each comment will be recorded jealously. Every opinion counts equally, and each input can be supported with the ease of writing with BBcode, can add imagnes, videos, and even surveys.

In addition, you may be given different ranks to the forum Citizens, thus ensuring that even foreigners and the embassadors, can use the forum.

Surely you already know all this, but I want to focus on one aspect that I think is critical.



Voting in the forum

The forum is a tool that perfects the congress. Being able to make previous votes within the forum, and then confirm them in the game. Here the congressman postulate a law and show why it has to be voted, with the help of the several tools that a forum provides.
I think this would be very usefull for providing citizenships too, because a player can ask the forum CZ first, and then, he can request the CZ ingame, only if the Congress members and the MoI accepts.



No more multis

In the other hand, a Forum its a perfect tool to find multiaccounts. Its very easy to look who is an active player, and who is just a multi by watching the forum stats and his users, especially because the forum administrators can see the players IP! (So... this 10 players share the same IP? haha! what a coincidence!)



Perfect communication

Finally, a forum is a perfect communication media between the people and the government. Here the Ministers can show their progress in sub-forums created for every cabinet. For example, in the Ministry of Education sub-forum, you will find a lot of help for new players, guides, and even u can set a in-foum tutor project.



I support 100% the creation of the eIsrael forum... what about you?
