Liverpool September Elections

Day 301, 03:27 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by CBall
Greetings citizens of Liverpool (and the rest of the North West)!

It's once again that time of the month where you decide the candidate best suited for the role of Mayor of Liverpool. This is crucial to the region as a mayor can have the influence to improve the area or cause it to take a step backwards.

Since the last elections I haven't been as active as I would have liked but now I have things sorted I can become more active again. This is also crucial for the success of a Mayor, inactivity can cause a region to fall behind the rest and one of my campaign promises is to remain very active and to not let this happen.

As you may be aware, last month I ran a close race with Nick Appleton and it was him who ultimately won the role. Since then however he has gone inactive which has left citizens without gifts, support and a voice on the regional council. If I'm elected in I can assure you this will not be the case and I will help any citizen with any problems they may have.

By encouraging activity in the region, we can build and improve the area in all aspects.

During my last campaign I was criticised for putting too much emphasis on my experience rather than what policies I would be focusing on, this time round my campaign is based more on what I'll bring to the role as Mayor.

On to the important things then, such as what I am going to offer should I be elected.
- Gifts to all citizens below 95% wellness throughout the month via the NHS
- Support and advice to all new citizens
- Encouraging regional forum activity
- Encouraging local business with advice and support
- Getting more citizens involved with politics, the economy and military sides of eRepublik
- Working with new citizens and the Department for Work to reduce unemployment in Liverpool
- Forming a proper regional council to allow for discussions on current issues
- Local competitions

So if you want a very active, very enthusiastic and very committed mayor then on the 20th September vote for CBall and lets make Liverpool one of the most prosperous regions in the UK!

If you have any questions then don't hesitate to get in touch.

Thanks,
CBall
