Live Coverage: All Eyes on Kansas
Kaan the Great
I saw a level 16 captain, Eric A. from New Jersey, fight 7 times, and the guy still has a wellness of 87. Now that's a hero. I saw a few Americans who fought less than 5 times, but they might have fought in California or at two different times. People should be fighting at least as many times as their hospital quality and live in a state that has a Q5. I can understand some people who have a Q4 and want to stay in their state but even those people should be moving to a Q5 unless their state is in imminent danger. I haven't been able to find the tank fight, I am pretty sure there was one. If anyone knows at what time it happened, message me.
Almost all of our allies fought with us for Kansas. I didn't see many Canadians, but let's give them some credit they are doing a great job keeping the Russians at bay. The battle hero is a Greek called Roumeliotis who made his second medal in this battle doing just over a third of the damage of his Indonesian counterpart.
Sadly in the mean time we lost Tennesee to Portugal. It would be very usefull if spain could attack Portugal so they can't advance from that front.

Break out the Champagne we won. The battle just ended. No tanking at the end. It wasn't even close. Updated statistics in a few minutes.
12.32 PDT
The wall is up to 95K
12.30 PDT
Attacks slow and low on both sides. Saw someone who did 115 on our side. 93.5K Wall. I've seen from alot of our allies.
12.26 PDT
Last fifteen minutes all attacks just seemed to stop for a few seconds as the clock turned red.
12.18 PDT
The wall has fallen 1K but the attacks have been about the same strength.
12.08 PDT
Speed went down quite a bit, some single digit hits on both sides follwed by mid 30's, no sign of anything big yet. 29 Minutes left in battle.
11.54 PDT
The wall has risen up to 94K, Both sides have gained momentum. Right now damages are around 55 +- 10. American attacks are still more frequent.
11.13 PDT
After a brief period of slow rate falling our wall has risen up to 84K from 33K when I last posted. So we are doing much better. And the wall is still rising. It's looking more like Cali now, which was pretty close. Only one and a half hours left. Get your fights in.

Kansas is important because we have a Q5 hospital and high grain. Unfortunately we have no defense system in place. So right now our wall is lower than it was in California when I called a victory for us. The fight is currently higher in no man's land but right now our points seem to be shrinking after a long rise these past few hours. We need to do more. Amerimaxx.

Putting a Q5 in Kansas was a bad move, now we are going to just get wrapped up in defending it and lose other states.
We just lost a third of our timber industry defending the hospital.
Are we going to lose our medium iron (Arizona) defending it?
Are we going to lose Texas defending it?
How much help did a 3'rd Q5 hospital really do?
none my friends, none at all.
I definitely agree. Two is enough people should move in war time, they can go back to their home states if we aren't being invaded. But if one had to be bought it should have been put in California. It might have won us the battle.
Not really though, we lost California to technicalities but it surely would have helped.
Kansas is no more then cancer right now though.
I would have put it in a state that has a strategic advantage rather then a state that has none.
We put it in Kansas, all this did was make another target.
We will be coming to destroy the rest of your Q5's.
You should just all have listened to Zoli when he said you could have used the 5000 gold from the greece campaign on more then a dozen Q5 hospitals in the states, instead of using them there.
Look where that wasted money went to: Nothing.

Hey, look, our own little ray of sunshine. For my money, there is nothing better than a shrill, smug "I told you so", delivered in a cockney accent, to really brighten up your day. I can think of few things that I'd rather be doing than sitting in a pub, drinking a pint with your friend, and certainly mine, MortenLond.
Besides gouging out my own eyeballs and then running into oncoming traffic. But, hey, I bet someone, somewhere loves you. Then again, only 7 billion people in the world, so maybe not.
And, oh yeah, good article. Voted. Subscribed.
