Join the new world

I am running for congress in New Jersey under the Libertarian Party this month.

I'm not going to list any past experiences or accomplishments, because they don't really matter. What matters are my goals if I get into congress.
Goals:
1.Create a new player tips and tricks page..Recently I made this to help players get more strength. http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/strength-training-for-less-wealthy-1866798/1/20. Basically I want to compile a bunch tips of things any players, especially new ones can use to make their citizen more efficient. I hope to get a team of knowledgeable players to create one. No its not going to have 3 pages of history, and you don't need to have a ribbon or border around your name, or be in a famous military unit, if you know something you can mail me what you know.

2. Improve army's efficiency. By investing in q5 weapons factory we can greatly increase how fast our soldiers rank up. No we don't need a bigger budget, all I'm asking for is redistributing our funds every month to save for whenever the next 50% company discount arrives. For example we save 25k usd every month. This will be only for army, not special forces. Instead of focusing on improving our small elite, how about we improve our hundreds of regular players. Our average citizen level 12, the worlds 24. WTF?

3.Lower vat taxes. No I don't want to destroy America, or usaf, and or anything else. In fact I think commune workers would benefit the most. They can sell their food or weapons from their own company's for a bigger profit. This would also help everyone else who sells things on the market. You will simply get more, remember the vat tax hurts the seller not the consumer. I remember when the vat tax was raised, revenue was not increased that much, and we were forced to raise the income taxes. I really do not believe lowering vat would decrease our revenue at all.
