Letter to Congress

You may have heard that America is in the process of raising income taxes to 25% and cutting vat. It was proposed with the intention of raising our reserves, and the transfer of money from less active to more active.
First cut the vat. Congress has promised vat cuts, but the only proposal with vat cuts was rejected! Bring the vat cuts first and foremost.
Second use the increased revenue. Use it for increased funding to meals of wheels. Think about this if 1000 extra Americans receive 6 hour of wellness a day for a month, how much stronger do you think will will be.
This goes along with being proactive, rather than responding. We must use our resources to cripple our enemies, instead of focusing on what the enemy could do to us and what we should do.
The war with Spain has undoubtedly crippled them. It drained them of their reserves. We should not devote all our resources on building a reserve. Instead focus it on partially reserves, but more so on destroying our enemies. Make them weak enough so they can never invade us. I'm not saying we should go all in, but a raise would work.
Third is listen. Don't listen to what your higher ups tell you, but listen to the people you serve.

1. this order makes sense, raise taxes first so that income does not drop below 100k per day
2. we cannot use any increased revenue because our income already exceeds the maximum we can take out of the treasury, all increases in revenue must go to the reserve
3. if you want to change it, go on the eusforums or join #eus-congress and argue your case. From my experience as a congressman and as a involved citizen, most of congress is willing to debate their decisions if you present a reasonable argument
What happened to buying constructions, can't you donate just about 200k a day
... there are a limited number (25ish) of constructions available ... and they cost 25k, so it's actually 175k total
