Letter to ADMINS: We conquered a Region, Give us part of the Spanish Treasury

Hi Admins,

as u can easily see in some article, the battle of today between Italy and Spain is finished with the conquer of the region by Italy.
Now I ask to check the process to move 1/22 of the whole spanish treasury to italy, according to rules stated in the wiki.

Spanish treasury is composed of 12180 Gold (1/22 is 553 GOLD) and 211206 ESP (1/22 is 9600 ESP)

All the battle was fighted keeping in mind these rules. All the strategy of both countries. So please take care, if u want to change this rule, do it AFTER this battle.
