Hi, many of you already know me but for those new to the state I have been playing Erepublik for 3 years now. In this time I have seen all kinds of situations and changes in this game, and the only thing for sure is that it will change. During my present term in congress I have been working on the Vice President's Council on Domestic Affairs as well as the Economic Council, both of these have been a great experience and thank you for the opportunity to serve on these body's without your votes it would not have happened.

I know I had to cast some unpopular votes this term the biggest of which was a vote to increase our taxes it was not an easy decision but one that had to be made if we are going to replenish our national treasury before we are invaded again. The U.S. treasury has as of this writing approximately $451,017, our enemy's have treasury's with between 2,687,713 and 6,244,221 putting us at a huge disadvantage. Though we cannot hope to have over 6 million in our treasury we need to build a significant reserve as soon as possible if you know a way to do that without raising taxes I would really like to hear it. You elected me to represent you and to make decisions, I have and will always continue to make decisions for you no matter how hard they may be.

This next term if you give me the opportunity I hope to tackle the issue of getting more damage for the amount of USD we are paying. If the tax increases raise as much money as we are hoping I also look forward to reducing these rates as soon as a reasonable reserve is established.
