-Poneti prazničnom atmosferom, mnogi su popili nekoliko alkoholnih pića više nego što je trebalo. Sada se valja izboriti sa glavoboljom, mučninom i drugim neželjenim „efektima".
Sada je kasno za mere predostrožnosti jer vas je bol u glavi i probudio. Koji god alkohol da ste pili, odmor, san i velike količine vode i svežeg voćnog soka moraju biti uključeni u vašu „rehabilitaciju".


Postoji mnogo lekova kojim navodno možete ublažiti posledice preterivanja u unosu alkohola, ali medicina nijedan od njih nije zvanično priznala.

Mnogi od narodnih saveta protiv mamurluka pomoći će vam da nadoknadite vitamine i tečnost koje ste tokom noći izgubili, dok će neki (poput predloga da izbegavate kofein) čak ubrzati oporavak. Međutim, ne postoji univerzalan lek koji može da pomogne svima.

U ovakvim situacijama, prvo se morate dobro naspavati, zatim osvežiti organizam unošenjem velike količine vode i svežeg voćnog soka.

Takođe, kako biste pomogli telu da se izbori sa toksinima, unosite dosta vitamina C, najbolje iz svežeg soka od pomorandže, kao i namirnice bogate mineralnim materijama i tuširajte se naizmenično toplom i hladnom vodom.

Delovaće kao izgovor da biste jeli visokokaloričnu hranu, ali namirnice bogate mastima mogu da budu dobar saveznik u borbi protiv mamurluka.

Slanina i kobasice sadrže proteine, dok je paradajz bogat šećerom i antioksidantnim materijama. Sve tri materije odlične su protiv posledica preteranog unosa alkohola.

Aspirin, kao i alkohol, razređuje krv i u ovoj situaciji može imati pojačano dejstvo, dok acetaminofeni u kombinaciji sa ranije unetim alkoholom mogu oštetiti jetru.
