Israels Luftangriff auf Paraguay deckt Unzulaenglichkeiten im Suedamerika-Pakt auf

Ein israelischer Luftangriff auf Paraguay hat erhebliche Unzulaenglichkeiten im Suedamerika-Pakt aufgedeckt. Die Verteidigung des Landes funktionierte nicht wie geplant und der Gegner konnte erst nach gemeinsamen Anstrengungen mit seinen Verbuendeten wieder aus dem Land geworfen werden.

Das israelische Parlament hatte am Montag einen Airstrike gegen das suedamerikanische Land genehmigt und die Truppen aus dem Nahen Osten waren Dienstag in der Region Central East Chaco gelandet und hatten die Region ohne groesseren Widerstand eingenommen. Dagegen konnte Paraguay die folgende Region Paranena sichern und durch die nachfolgende Eroeffnung eines Widerstandskrieges im Chaco wurde Israel wieder nach Hause gesandt.




Ermoeglicht wurde die erfolgreiche israelische Landung im Chaco durch

1.) die Unterteilung der Mitgliedslaender des Suedamerika-Paktes in zwei Gruppen:

Paraguay gehoert der Gruppe 2 an. Wird eines der Laender dieser Gruppe angegriffen, sind die anderen Mitgliedsstaaten des Paktes lediglich dazu verpflichtet, nicht zum Kampf fuer den Angreifer aufzurufen. Waeren sie dazu verpflichtet, zum Kampf fuer den Angegriffenen aufzurufen, wie im Falle eines Angriffs auf Staaten der Gruppe 1, waere der Ausgang der Schlacht um den Chaco zumindest zweifelhaft gewesen.

2.) die verspaetete Ausloesung des Vertragszustandes in den einzelnen Laendern:

Die Alarmierung der Truppen in den einzelnen suedamerikanischen Staaten erfolgte zu spaet. Erst nachdem Israel die ersten vier Runden bereits klar fuer sich entschieden hatte, erfolgte zunaechst in Argentinien, spaeter in anderen Staaten der Aufruf, nicht fuer Israel zu kaempfen.
Bis dahin hatten vor allem zahlreiche Argentinier auf Seiten Israels an der Schlacht teilgenommen. Dass der Luftangriff erfolgen wird, war allen Regierungen schon vorher bekannt.
Die Frage ist, warum nicht schon vor der eigentlichen Landung der Vertragszustand ausgeloest wurde.

3.) Fehler bei der Koordination der Verteidigung:

Paraguay versaeumte es, fruehzeitig seine 11 MPPS gegenueber den vier (spaeter sechs) MPPs Israels geltend zu machen und die Unterstuetzung seiner Verbuendeten anzufordern.

4.) die gute Koordination des Angriffes seitens Asteria und Leto:

Der Angriff war von den Allianzen Asteria und Leto hervorragend vorbereit und koordiniert worden. Damit Paraguays engster Verbuendeter Chile nicht mit aller Kraft seinem “kleinen Bruder” zu Hilfe eilen kann, wurden Widerstandskriege in allen chilenischen Kolonien eroeffnet. Zum Zeitpunkt der Landung der israelischen Truppen befand sich Chile bereits in zehn verschiedene Kriege verwickelt. Chiles Verteidigungsminister Danilo I Imperator bemerkte, in vielen RWs sei es sehr schwierig gewesen, den Rueckstand wieder aufzuholen.

Paraguays Vize-Praesident Lord MdMG fraegt, was koenne eine Grossmacht wie Serbien oder Polen daran hindern, auf dem Kontinent zu landen, wenn es schon Israel so leicht gelungen war.
Suedamerika muesse schnellstens Antworten auf diese Frage finden, sonst koennten die ganzen Anstrengungen der vergangenen Monate umsonst gewesen sein.




Kuba: Einheimische fuehlen sich von der Regierung ausgeschlossen

In Kuba haben die von auslaendischen Spielern gegruendeten Parteien ein Abkommen zur Zusammenarbeit ueber wichtige Fragen des Landes geschlossen. Vorsitzender der Koalition “United for Cuba” aus Cuban Social Party, Partido de Liberacion und Partido de Cuba ist Don Croata.

Obwohl andere Parteien zur Mitarbeit aufgefordert werden, fuehlen sich die in der Partido del Pueblo Cubano zusammengeschlossenen einheimischen und suedamerikanischen Spieler von der weiteren Regierung ausgeschlossen. Die Koalitionsvereinbarung komme einem Political Take Over gleich, sagen sie. Anstoss nehmen sie vor allem an der Feststellung, dass “es nicht mehr oder weniger wichtige Buerger Kubas gebe, sondern nur mehr oder weniger brauchbare” und dass Regierungspositionen an Spieler mit den entsprechenden Faehigkeiten dazu vergeben werden.

Die drei Parteien der Koalition UFC setzen sich in der Vereinbarung dafuer ein, dass
- Spanisch und Englisch offizielle Sprachen des Landes werden;
- Kuba dem Suedamerika-Pakt (TETAS) beitreten, aber sonst neutral bleiben solle;
- die USA als potentieller Gegner betrachtet, aber kein Krieg mit ihnen provoziert werden solle;
- die Steuern auf ein Niveau gebracht werden sollen, um zunaechst fuenf MPPs abschliessen und Ruecklagen bilden zu koennen.

Edit: Albus Dumbledore (PPC) erster kubanischer Praesident

Ueberrraschenderweise hat sich bei den ersten Praesidentschaftswahlen der Kandidat der Partido del Pueblo Cubano, Albus Dumbledore, durchgesetzt. Am Wahltag erreichte er 51,2 % der Stimmen und lag damit klar vor dem Kandidat der UFC, Sojgu, der auf 44,7 % kam. Im kubanischen Parlament hat jedoch die UFC eine Mehrheit von 16 Sitzen gegenueber 13 Sitzen der PPC und einem Sitz der eUS Miltary Party.




Brasilien vereinbart MPPs mit Staaten aus Asteria und Leto

Am Seitenwechsel Brasiliens gibt es jetzt keinen Zweifel mehr. Das Land hat gemeinsame Verteidigungsbuendnisse mit den Asteria-Staaten Serbien, Griechenland, Rumaenien und Slowenien sowie mit Leto-Mitglied Kanada geschlossen. Bereits in der Vorwoche hatte Brasilien MPPs mit Argentinien (Asteria), Kolumbien und Peru (beide Leto) und Uruguay (CUAP/Pro Asteria) vereinbart.

Die brasilianische Regierung erklaerte dazu, dies seien die Konsequenzen des Krieges mit Argentinien und der sehr spaerlichen Unterstuetzung von ausserhalb. Deshalb sei es notwendig gewesen, die Seiten zu wechseln und neue Optionen zu suchen. Die Entscheidung darueber sei nicht allein von der Regierung getroffen worden. Vielmehr habe man die Vorschlaege der Bevoelkerung aufgegriffen.




Mexiko: Common Hits mit den Verbuendeten - Probleme mit Aurora geloest

Mexiko hat im vergangenen Monat gemeinsame Common Hits mit seinen verbuendeten Staaten Venezuela und Irland durchgefuehrt. Ziel der Aktion war nach Angaben des mexikanischen Verteidigungsministeriums die Verbesserung der Beziehungen zu den beiden Staaten und die Unterstuetzung befreundeter Laender in ihren Verteidigungsanstrengungen.

Mit Venezuela hat Mexiko seit vier Jahren engere Beziehungen, als ein PTO-Versuch in Mexiko und der Raub der Staatskasse durch den Einmarsch venezolanischer Truppen verhindert werden konnte. Im Oktober 2012 gruendeten beide Laender einen gemeinsamen IRC-Kanal, um die Zusammenarbeit zu verbessern.

Der gemeinsame Common Hit mit Irland war dazu gedacht, Lettland im Kampf gegen Kolumbien zu helfen. Waehrend Irland fuer die Combat Orders aufkam, uebernahm Mexiko die Verteilung der Waffen unter den beteiligten Truppen.

Als Irland zu Beginn des vergangenen Monats einen MPP mit Mexiko unterzeichnen wollte, aber aufgrund leerer Staatskassen zunaechst nicht konnte, erklaerte sich Mexiko bereit, den irischen Anteil zu uebernehmen. Letztendlich machte Irland einige finanzielle Anstrengungen und bezahlte seinen Anteil, teilte das irische MoFA mit.

Die Probleme, die Mexiko zu Beginn seiner Mitgliedschaft in Aurora hatte, scheinen ebenfalls geloest zu sein. Der anfangs vergangenen Monats gewaehlte und an Aurora wenig interessierte CP Mexikos wurde abgesetzt und die danach eingesetzte Regierung engagierte sich zunehmend in den Aktivitaeten Auroras.




Uruguay zieht positive Bilanz seines Airstrikes gegen Indien

Uruguay hat eine positive Bilanz seines Luftangriffs gegen Indien gezogen. Die Suedamerikaner waren vergangene Woche im Sueden des indischen Subkontinents gelandet und hatten dort vier Regionen erobern koennen, gaben aber eine vertragsgemaess an Indien zurueck.

Zugleich wurde die einzige Urpsrungsregion Charrua an Brasilien uebergeben , um die Hauptstadt nach Indien verlegen und in den Genuss eines 20/40-Bonus kommen zu koennen.

Uruguay unterstuetzt in Indien seinen CUAP-Partner Argentinien bei der Wahrung der neuen Ordnung auf dem Kontinent. Da Uruguay in Asien vollkommen von verbuendeten Staaten umgeben ist, will das Land Trainigskriege mit Thailand durchfuehren, damit seine Truppen Kampfpraxis sammeln koennen.

Ataque aereo de Israel a Paraguay expone deficiencias del Pacto Sudamericano

El ataque aéreo de Israel en Paraguay ha revelado deficiencias significativas en el Pacto Sudamericano. La defensa del país no trabajó según lo planeado y el rival solamente podría ser echado otra vez fuera del pais después de unos esfuerzos conjuntos con sus aliados.

El Parlamento israelí aprobó el lunes un ataque aéreo contra el país sudamericano y las tropas del Medio Oriente desembarcaron el martes en la región del Chaco Central Oriente y conquistaron la región sin mayor resistencia. Sin embargo, Paraguay fue capaz de asegurar la siguiente región de Paranena y con la posterior apertura de una guerra de resistencia en el Chaco, Israel fue enviado otra vez a casa.



El exitoso aterrizaje de los Israeli en el Chaco fue posible por

1. ) la clasificación de los países miembros del Pacto Sudamericano en dos grupos:

Paraguay pertenece al grupo de 2. Si uno de los países de este grupo es atacado, los otros estados miembros del pacto sólo son obligados llamar a no luchar por el atacante. Si fueron obligados a llamar a luchar por el defensor, como en el caso de un ataque contra los estados del grupo 1, el resultado de la batalla del Chaco habría sido por lo menos dudoso.

2. ) la activación tardía de TETAS en los países individuales:

La alerta de las tropas en los Estados de América del sur era demasiado tarde. Sólo después de que Israel había ganado claramente las primeras cuatro rondas, llamaron a no luchar por Israel, inicialmente en Argentina, más tarde en otros paises. Hasta entonces, especialmente muchos argentinos participaron en la batalla al lado de Israel. Todos los gobiernos sabían de antemano que el ataque aéreo se llevará a cabo. La pregunta es, por qué no incluso antes del aterrizaje real fue activado TETAS.

3. ) error de la coordinación de la defensa:

EL Vicepresidente paraguayo Lord MdMG por ultimo se pregunta, que podría impedir que una superpotencia como Serbia y Polonia aterrizen en el continente si Israel ya tuvo éxito tan fácilmente. America del sur debe encontrar rápidamente las respuestas a esta pregunta, de lo contrario todo el esfuerzo de los últimos meses podría haber sido en vano.




Cuba: Nativos se sienten excluidos de futuro gobierno

En Cuba, los partidos fundados por jugadores extranjeros han firmado un acuerdo para trabajar juntos sobre temas importantes del país. El Presidente de la coalición "Unidos por Cuba" del Cuban Social Party, Partido de Liberacion y el Partido de Cuba es Don Croata.

Aunque se insta otros partidos a cooperar, los jugadores nativos y de América del sur en el Partido del Pueblo Cubano se sienten excluídos de un futuro gobierno. El acuerdo de coalición pareceria a un Political Take Over (PTO), dicen ellos. Especialmente señalan la frase que "haya ningún ciudadano más o menos importante de Cuba allí, pero solamente más o menos util" y que las posiciones de gobierno deberian ser otorgados a los jugadores con las habilidades apropiados.

Los tres partidos de la coalición UFC abogan en el acuerdo, que
- el español y el inglés sean las lenguas oficiales del país;
- Cuba unase al Pacto Sudaméricano (TETAS), pero que permanezca neutral;
- a los Estados Unidos se debería considerarse enemigos potenciales, pero que no se provoque una guerra con ellos;
- el nivel de impuestos deberá ser tan alto para completar cinco MPPs y formentar algunas reservas.

Edit: Albus Dumbledore (PPC) primer presidente cubano

Sorprendentementese se ha impuesto Albus Dumbledore, el candidato del Partido del Pueblo Cubano, en las primeras elecciones presidenciales. En el día de las elecciones él conseguía 51,2% de los votes y estaba con eso claramente delante del candidato del UFC, Sojgu , que obtuvo el 44,7%. Sin embargo en parlamento cubano el UFC tiene una mayoría de 16 congresistas contra 13 parlamentarios del PPC y uno del eUS Miltary Party.




Brasil firma MPPs con estados de Asteria y Leto

En el cambio de bandos de Brasil ahora ya no hay dudas. El país ha concluido pactos de defensa conjunta con los estados de Asteria Serbia, Grecia, Rumania y Eslovenia, así como con el miembro de Leto, Canadá. Ya en la semana anterior Brasil había acordado MPPs con Argentina (Asteria), Colombia y Perú (ambos Leto) y Uruguay (CUAP/ProAsteria).

El gobierno brasileño dijo, estas fueron las consecuencias de la guerra con Argentina y el muy escaso apoyo del exterior. Por lo tanto era necesario cambiar de lado y buscar nuevas opciones. La decisión fue tomada no sólo por el gobierno. Por el contrario se han retomado las propuestas de la población, se puede leer en el diario oficial de Brazil.




Mexico: Pegadas conjuntas con aliados - Problemas con Aurora resueltos

México ha llevado a cabo pegadas conjuntas el mes pasado con sus aliados Venezuela y Irlanda. La acción fue dirigida para mejorar las relaciones con los dos países y para el apoyo de países amigos en su esfuerzo de defensa, dijo el Ministerio mexicano de defensa.

Con Venezuela, México tiene cuatro años de lazos más estrechos, cuando en un intento de PTO en México se podría prevenir el robo de la Tesorería del estado gracias a la invasión de tropas venezolanas. En octubre de 2012, ambos países establecieron un canal IRC común para mejorar la cooperación.

La pegada conjunta con Irlanda fue pensado para ayudar a Letonia en la lucha contra Colombia. Mientras que Irlanda pagó para las órdenes de combate, México se encargo de la distribución de armas entre las tropas participantes.

Cuando Irlanda queria firmar un MPP con México a principios del mes pasado, pero debido a las arcas del estado vacías primero no pudo, México acordó hacerse cargo de la cuota irlandés. En última instancia, Irlanda hizo un esfuerzo financiero y pagó su parte, informó el Ministerio de relaciones exteriores irlandés.

Los problemas que México tuvo que al iniciar su membresía en Aurora también parecen ser resuelto. El CP de Mexico eligido a principios del mes pasado y poco interesado en los asuntos de Aurora fue depuesto y el nuevo gobierno desde entonces esta cada vez más comprometido en las actividades de la alianza.




Uruguay: Balance positivo del ataque aereo a la India

Uruguay ha dibujado un balance positivo de su ataque aéreo contra la India. Los sudamericanos habían aterrizado la semana pasada en el sur del subcontinente indio y fueron capaces de conquistar cuatro regiones, pero devolvieron una a la India.

Al mismo tiempo, la única region originaria Charrua fue pasada a Brasil para poder mudar la capital a la India y así beneficiarse de un bono de 20/40.

En la India asiste a su compañero der CUAP Argentina en la preservación del nuevo orden en el continente. Uruguay está completamente rodeado por sus propios aliados, por eso el país tiene planeado hacer guerras de entrenamiento con Thailandia, para que sus tropas pueden obtener práctica de combate.

Israeli Airstrike on Paraguay reveals shortcomings of South America Treaty

An Israeli air attack on Paraguay has revealed significant shortcomings in the South America Treaty (TETAS). The country's defense worked not as planned and the opponent could be thrown out again of the country only after joint efforts with its allies.

- the taxes shoukd be taken to standard to be able to complete at first five MPPs and to build up some reserves.

Albus Dumbledore, the candidate of the Partido del Pueblo Cubano, has won surprisingly the first presidential elections.
