Greetings, citizens of New World!

After an internal conflict in EDEN different views were spread in eRussia. One think, that eRussia decided to leave TERRA and join ONE, because certain agreements with ePoland were taken; others think, that war with eNorway was started because eRussia decided to leave TERRA. Today we would like to explain it.

1. eRussia is a member of TERRA and won't leave it before any events will force us to do it.
2. eRussia maintains friendship with mostly all EDEN countries.
3. All our latest actions, also NE with eNorway, focused only to have more national resources bonus legally.
4. Yes, there were some troubles with agreement with eNorway, but with a help of operative intervention from leadership of alliances TERRA и EDEN we make the agreement.
First of all, we would like to apologize for such a sudden beginning of the rent with eNorway 🙂 We believe that in future such ambiguous decisions should not be repeated.

These are the terms of the agreement between Norway and Russia during the renting perio😛

1. Russia will rent regions from Norway for 30 days, from the day the cattle is occupied, on the latest 13.03.2012.
2. Russia will rent Østlandet, Trøndelag and Nord-Norge from Norway.
3. Norway will receive 250.000 ccy per 30 days, if the contract is renewed. May be changed for next term, but this will be discussed at that time. Half will be payed when cattle is acquired by Russia, and the second half at the 4th of April 2012.
4. Russia will upon request of Norwegian CP wipe Norway during congress election and after election RW all regions except the ones Russia rents. If requested one region will be left in Norwegian control.
5. Russia will be the only one renting the regions and will not allow another country - ally or enemy - to occupy any Norwegian region without consent of Norwegian Government.
6. Russia will not use Norwegian regions to launch military campaigns without approval from Norwegian CP.
7. EDEN and Terra will guarantee this deal - if the terms are broken then it will be considered an act of war against EDEN -AND- Terra.
8. PTO president is not considered Norwegian CP
9. If PTO is in effect the acceptance of last CP and Norwegian with second highest votes in presidential elections will be needed
10. The contract may be renewed, if both parties agrees upon the terms. And if terminated, Russia will help RW the regions.

Доброго времени суток, граждане Нового Мира!

После внутреннего конфлитка в EDEN в еРоссии начали распространяться различные мнения. Одни утверждают, что Россия почти решила покинуть TERRA и вступить в ONE, на предмет чего уже достигнуты определённые договорённости с Польшей; другие говорят, что Россия начала агрессию по отношению к Норвегии и это опять же первый шаг к выходу из альянса TERRA. Сегодня мы хотели бы дать некоторые пояснения.

1. Россия является членом альянса TERRA и не собирается покидать его, если не случится никаких неожиданных событий, принуждающих нас к такому шагу.
2. Россия сохраняет дружественные отношения с большинством стран альянса EDEN.
3. Все наши последние действия, в том числе и ЕВ Норвегии, направлены исключительно на приобретение бонусных ресурсов законным путём.
4. Да, с подписанием договора об аренде с Норвегией возникли некоторые проблемы, но благодаря оперативному вмешательству руководства альянсов TERRA и EDEN мы смогли прийти к соглашению.
Прежде всего, мы хотели бы извиниться перед Норвегией за столь неожиданное начало аренды 🙂 Мы считаем, что в будущем такие двусмысленные шаги не должны повториться.

Примечание: пожалуйста, прочтите вначале комментарий Президента. Думаю, он поможет вам лучше осознать ситуацию.

Договор об аренде между Россией и Норвегией:

1. Россия арендует у Норвегии регионы сроком на 30 дней начиная с момента получения коров, но не позднее 13.03.2012.
2. Россия арендует у Норвегии Остландет, Тронделаг и Норд-Норге.
3. Норвегия получит в качестве компенации 250 000 единиц национальной валюты (около 150 голд). Выплата будет происходить в два этапа: первый - после получения Россией коров, второй - 4-го апреля.
4. Россия окажет содействие в анти-ТО операции в Норвегии в случае необходимости путём стирания с карты её регионов.
5. Россия является единственной страной, которая вправе владеть регионами во время аренды.
6. Россия не может начать военную кампанию с территорий Норвегии без консультации с президентом Норвегии.
7. Терра&EDEN гарантируют исполнение договора.
8. ТО-Президент Норвегии таковым не считается. В случае победы ТО-кандидата официальным Президентом считается кандидат-норвежец, набравший максимальное количество голосов.
9. Договор может быть продлён в случае обоюдного согласия сторон.
