Since being an unconditional defender of human rights and to the application of the law, international and national, I'm going to tell you how the Erepublik Laws do not respect the international convention, nor the Constitution of the United States of America, and if even though the servers are not situated in the United State, one convention will be necessary.

Let me remind you what we're supposed to follow :

eRepublik Laws

- User generated content which contains vulgarities, pornography, insults,flaming, spam and/or external advertising is disallowed.
- The use of a system exploit is disallowed.
- Creating or administrating multiple citizen accounts is prohibited.

A little definition of a few terms of these laws :

Flaming: also known as bashing, is hostile and insulting interaction between Internet users, often involving the use of profanity. (Wikipedia)
Disallowed: to refuse to allow; reject (Dictionary.com)
Prohibited: for "prohibit": make a rule or law against (Dictionary.com)



And now, let me show you what the international conventions say, as well as the Constitution of the United States.



Article 19:

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America:

Therefor, the section concerning flaming of the First of the Erepublik is non-recevable due to its opposition to the texts mentioned above.
Why ?
Since the:
- negative attitude toward any eRepublik official account (e.g. Plato) or any eRepublik employee;
- negative attitude toward any action(s) or lack of action(s) from the part of the eRepublik team; (Rules Addendum)
are considered as flaming, you're not allowed to say that you're not happy about the game mechanics, which is against the texts above.


I ENCOURAGE YOU TO FLOOD THE TICKET BOX OF THE ADMINS, TO SHOW YOUR DISSATISFACTION DUE TO THE INCREASE OF THE MILITARY MODULE OF THE GAME, BY SWINDLING YOU ON WITH YOUR IRL MONEY !
