各位KOKA大家好！在這裡先因為之前不活躍向大家道歉，但現在我放暑假也離開學校事務了，我有些空閒時間來試著實行一些對於KOKA的點子，而且還要告訴你們軍工廠目前是有盈餘的。我們可以用這些盈餘來做一些事情，下文我會解釋。

第一，可能的話我想要弄一個KOKA傭兵。我們基本上會在每個禮拜設一個時間（大概都是週末），然後我們大家在IRC #KOKA頻道見面，填一下需要領多少麵包打仗、個人頁面連結和個人ID，之後統計有在頻道上的人的總火力（希望能在兩百萬上下），就到傭兵頻上找要買我們火力的買家。一旦成交之後，我們就會移動並替那個（買家的）國家戰鬥，並且有參加的人依輸出來分拿到的東西（買家付的東西）。不過要記得，當你在任務中打完後，要把輸出畫面剪下來並寄給我，這樣我有照片給買家當證據。此外，至少在最初幾次出任務的時候，我將會提供所有參與的KOKA成員足夠的Q5麵包。在幾天後的別篇文章，我會解釋詳細的內容。

如果一切順利的話，這將能建立起我們國內外的聲譽，並且希望能嘉惠到我們有參與的成員們。

回到軍工廠，因為武器原料跌價，我們目前開始有盈餘了（譯註：之前都是sadanaga自己貼錢經營的），在此時已經有大約三萬的盈餘了。我在想，這件事可以選擇兩種方法的其中一種來運用。其中一個是我們可以把每個人需要交的錢從200降到150，或者我們可以繼續維持200，然後把盈餘轉成像是KOKA資產之類的，我們可以拿這筆錢做貸款，幫助年輕的和/或比較窮的KOKA成員們來買工廠，主要是原料工廠。這筆資產也可以在重大戰事、或可能是一場我們即將要參與的傭兵任務時，拿來支援KOKA成員的麵包武器補給。我們也可拿這筆錢做別的事情，但以上是我想到的點子。這需要所有KOKA成員的決定，我將會pm給每個KOKA成員來讓他們選擇喜歡哪個。

Hello KOKA members, Sorry for the lack of activity, but now that it's summer for me and I'm out of school, I have some free time to attempt some of our ideas to the KOKA, as well as tell you guys that the Workers program has turned into a profit. With this profit, we have some options that we can choose to do, which I will explain later in this article.

So first, I would like to talk about a possible venture into mercenary work for KOKA, in which we would basically set a time each week (more likely the weekend) where we all meet together on the #KOKA channel and fill out an application with the amount of food fight we have available at the moment as well as our profile link, and erep ID. We then sum up all the damage the group has together(hopefully it will reach around 2 million collective damage), which I will then begin "shopping" for buyers who would like to buy our damage on the mercenary channels, and once we find the best deal for the sale, we will move and fight for that nation, and split the profits equally amongst all contributors to the mercenary mission. Remember though, once finished with your fights in the mission, to post a screenshot and send it to me so that I have photo evidence to prove to our buyers. Also, for atleast the first few missions we have, I will supply Q5 food to all the KOKA members that participate. In another article in a few days, I'll explain the procedure in detail.

This will, if all goes well, build our reputation both internationally and domestically as well hopefully benefit our members who participate.

As for the workers program, due to decreased costs of Weapons Raw Material, we have begun to turn a profit. At the moment, this profit has turned into about 30,000 CC. This leaves, in my opinion two options that we can choose to take. One being that we can lower the Working fee of the program from 200CC to 150CC. Or we can keep it at 200CC, and basically turn the profits of the workers program into something like a KOKA treasury,which we can use to give out loans to newer and/or weaker KOKA members to buy companies, mainly raw material companies. This treasury can also eventually be used to buy food and weapon supplies for KOKA members, in time of an important battle, and possibly in the mercenary missions we are about to start. There are other things we can do with this money as well, but these are the ideas that come to mind. It is every KOKA members decision, and I will be sending out a private message to every KOKA member to choose which they would like to do.

For Recruitment, it does not matter how much strength you have, or what rank you have. All that matter to us is that you're active, and you want to be a part of the KOKA brotherhood. If you are interested in joining, you can find me in the #KOKA channel.

Also, we have plenty of spots left in the KOKA Workers program, so if you are a member of KOKA and wish to join the workers program, talk to me on the#KOKA channel. The KOKA Workers Program is basically you pay a Weapons Raw material fee of 200cc (also called a working fee) but you receive all the Q6 tanks you produce.

Finally, on a personal note, I will be in Taiwan June 14th (32 more days! 😁) I'm really excited about it and hopefully will get to meet some of you guys.
