Captains are requested to create division threads and include all the active players in their division. I'll create a thread with congress members, VIPs and division captains soon.

All citizens are advised to keep the division thread active by discussing about current affairs and future plans.

If you are not a part of your division thread, message immediately to your corresponding captain and vice captain.
