KMT - Four Reasons to Join the Renewed JLP
TheMakoto
With the JLP now fully in the swing of reform, this is the best time to join our party!
We are active
We are the most active party in Japan. Our forum ranks second in member activity only behind the TFC, and we have 14 members less than the TFC but only have about 40 total post less! By joining the Kageki Minshutou, you are joining an active group of individuals that plan, talk and discuss together. Don't be a faceless drone in a sea of silence, be an active contributer to your party!
We are democratic
Of course, the name - which translates to Radical Democratic Party - implies that. But we aren't only fighting for democracy in Japan, we are also spearheading democratic reforms within the parties themselves. The KMT votes on all issues and discusses them with all members who are signed up on the forum - regardless of their previous experience in the game. The party isn't run by a small elite, it is run by everyone. Thus, the KMT is YOUR party, and YOU are the KMT. Nowhere do you have a bigger chance to get a good start into politics and the community than with us.
We are sensible
We want politics that work. We don't want to run experiments that endanger Japan and we do not obstruct proposals by other parties for the sake of obstructing them. We can compromise to put the interests of the people of Japan above our own.
We are fun
Really, we are. Our members love to have a ball together!
If you want to join a fun, active and including new force, join the KMT today! We are waiting for you!

You got my vote! (Muahah First)
Nyuu I voted first 🙁
As a member of the KMT, I would like to encourage everyone to join our party. With our country getting closer to transitioning to new leadership and a new era, it will take an active party system to help shape the future of Japan. We have a great party leader, and we are actively committed to making Japan and the rest of the world fair for everyone. Whether you are a new user looking for guidance or an older user looking for a voice, you have a home with the KMT.
Oh! I need to get more active again. Work, work, work...*sigh*
1. The interests of the people are supposed to be your interests because you "are" the people.
2. You are not promoting a real democracy but rather what you think is a real democracy. So I want to know, what does democracy mean to you?
I am currently a member of TFC and I have lost interest in it for the time being, yet none of the other parties have much appeal either. Everyone last one of you say that you are democratic. Frankly, it's annoying because then what's the difference between you all?
At least you say that you will compromise between the people's interests and your own, therefore recognizing that the people are different from the parties.
I hope to get a name for myself here in Japan's politics. But I don't think that you guys will be the ones helping me.
We aren't so pretentious as to assume that we represent all people of Japan currently as not all members of Japan are also members of the KMT. A party is always only the association of members of a society who wish to change something and help improving their country, but they are never representative of all people, because (unfortunately) there are many more people who are always staying silent.
I haven't actually seen any other party making democracy as big of an issue as us. If you check the past articles which had to do with my presidential campaign, I stated that I wish everyone, regardless of whether they are part of a party or not, to be involved in decision finding, which can be achieved by every issue being discussed on the forum, congressmen having to give reasoning for why they voted for an issue the way they did and if possible involve their voters in their decision finding progress. That is what democracy is about, everyone deciding together where we are going, not everyone going to the ballot boxes twice a month and then going away to mind other things again and those in power claiming that everything is amazingly democratic.
I am under the impression that we offer a genuinely different platform, a platform that wants to involve those that aren't involved and which isn't just nominally in support of democracy to attract voters. I think every party member can attest to you about the democratic nature of our decision finding. You'll always be welcome if you feel like taking a look.
🙂 Its not a campaign article, theese are the pure facts.
Nice!
Join us! The cake is not a lie in the KMT!
Good Luck. Great job, and hope your party revives to become one of the power party within Japan. Right now, we seem to have 2-3 major Party blocks. It would be great to see KMT up near the top three soon!
my....party....name change....
;___;
;_;
Politics/profile wise the banner of the JLP still stands strong.
What exactly is your platform? What is wrong with the country and how do you plan on fixing it?
Good luck.
I would just like to inform you that KMT is a bit tricky name, since it may be confused with KuoMinTang (know as KMT) of real China.
Thanks
As long as we are not in the real China I think its not a real problem.
Sonya we are going to release an article about our platform soon.
