Tired of working for an oppressive boss that doesn't care about you?

How does it work?
Quite simply. You work in our Q5 weapon company, and you keep 1 in 5 tanks you produce, plus 15 cad in wages.
Wait? I only get 1 in 5 tanks? Why would I do that?
Well, let's look at the numbers. If I'm a skill 12 worker I make 11 tanks per day. That means I would get 2 tanks plus 15 CAD in wages. If you factor in the value of those tanks I'm actually making 85 CAD/Day.
But what if I don't use 2 tanks per day?
Good news! With the new storage and market system ANYONE can sell goods. Want to augment your wages but don't have any intentions on fighting? Then this is the perfect system for you. You can work with us everyday and sell all of your tanks that you earn. You'll be making well above average pay, and you'll be doing the country a favor by producing weapons for your fellow citizens!
How is this different from the CAF or the TCO Slave Pits?
It's simple. In the CAF SPP companies, or in the TCO Slave Pits you don't keep what you build. It's more of a communal system. Everyone works together in all the companies, and then a few times a week everything in the pot is divided among it's members. That isn't what we're doing.
What we're doing is almost the opposite of this. You work in our company, we take the cost of doing business off the top, and then we send you what's left. We also factored in a working wage so that along with your tank you can also buy the food to use them.
What if I don't produce numbers divisible by 5?
That would be a problem. If you only worked one day. But our hope here isn't to employ "1 and done"ers. We want to get employees that'll stick with this system for the long haul. You make 6 a day? That's easy: You'll get 1 tank a day for 4 days, then on day 5 BOOM you get 2. We're not going to screw you on the decimals. That's not what we're about. We want everyone involved with this system to get ahead.

Makes sense. More organizations should be doing co-op stuff like this.
I need more guns and getting a tank 35 CAD market and 15 CAD in wages is more than current market wages.
