Just a quick look on eRepublik nowadays...

Rocked by a little Californian Ballad, it is time for me to write an article about the eWorld today. Not that I think I'm enough experienced to give a perfect analyse but at least to share some points of view with you all.


In overall, the game starts to be boring, works by era, and it's been now more than a year we're playing seeing the same website's skin...
The other day, I asked people to tell me what do they think which could help the game to be improved. I passed those ideas to the admins, well, no need to say what they answered, it's typic answer "Yes, those are good ideas, we'll do our best".

In looking to all the ideas, the current situation of eRepublik, I truly believe that the thing we need now is a renewal, a new version, a V3.
I don't know how they can't be that logical when it comes to the marketing strategy of this game, I yet just did 2 years in a communication school and know what would be good for this game.
In releasing a V3, with a few news about it before, people will have the impression of a fresh game coming soon, with changes, in making them waiting for a V3 they will have a growing desire for it.
Actualy, they just have to change the skin and the structure of the game to give the impression to the players that the game have changed and they will be quiet for a while.






Alliances and the map.... Well, I think everyone noticed that ONE is back on the road again...



There are several explanations for their come back, first, their population is growing day by day, in my opinion it is a serious matter.
When you have a static amount of inhabitant in TERRA and EDEN but a growing one in ONE, it is normal that they are taking the lead. Be aware that UK doubled it's amount of inhabitant in one month for example.

As a dSG in TERRA, I have to find out solutions for that, there's not a bunch of these... Unfortunately, either we follow the movement and increase our population, either a country from the other side switch to ours.

Objectively, the loss of Bulgaria and Chile as an ally dragged us down, I never took any position in those kiddy conflict. There is no reason but the "Human" in this story. TERRA and EDEN were feeling good at this time and people started to say they were bored, so they started conflict, trolling, arguing for ressources...
It's frustrating when you are only the viewer of a madnesses and shitstorm you have no control on, realize how much some conflict are a real waste of energy, time, friendship and of course damages and then you undergo decision you dind't even want to take.

Some extand their countries, others are falling apart in the same side though... Just saying...

Another reason, which can appear ridiculous but is unluckily making a difference. Belgium and Switzerland definetly fighting for ONE's side.
Yes, they do, so I can understand the point of Belgium, but hell... Switzerland... I think everyone have been surprised by their decision.
They have been wiped by Slovenia for ages, they even came to eFrance to ask for a MPP in order that we help them a few month ago.
They are obviously taking decision in favor of the situation, now that ONE is back they switch to ONE and I can't prevent myself laughting and being disgusted at the same time when I see shouts from them calling people to fight in ONE's battle. I tanked for them, I supported the MPP with them and then you get a knife in the back in though times.

If I have just one thing to say to ONE right now, be careful guys they will maybe betray you when the time comes.








One of the things I learnt here with the time, is that eRepublik isn't just a game but also a social platform where you can meet people from all the countries, share your culture... A good way to travel in being behind a screen but without the landscape unfortunately. That's why I launched myself into a eWorld Tour, I meet people, and I like that, then you get friends from all over the world and then you realize you're stucked in something that you didn't even see coming. Friendship, you realize you're attached to those people.

A lot of friends had/have/will have the idea to quit, and we're there to remember them that we're here for them. That's what I experienced a week ago. I wasn't really about to quit but just needed a break, and people reminded me why I spend several hours on here :

So, if you, readers, have the desire to quit, don't do it because there will be people who will regret you 🙂

Also, the eFamily is the most safeful thing here, if I can give you an advice, build yours because this is the only thing which will follow you everywhere without any problem.
