June 2015 Budget

Day 2,756, 03:52 Published in Thailand Norway by Major Lee Hung

Dear subjects,

To make a country great, investment is needed. eThailand is no exception.

The below budget won't involve the monthly tax income against our monthly MPP expenditure, as this is an extremely predictable number each month in eThailand. Instead, the focus is going to be on expenditure outside of that, in an effort to ultimately boost our tax revenue for the future.

Monthly Expenditure
1. Domestic Purchases - 290,000cc
2. Trade Partnership - 150,000cc
3. Infrastructure - 300,000cc
4. Public Worker Wages - 120,000cc

This is all expenditure I've planned to spend in previous months, while some (1 & 4) are an ongoing cost each month. The details of each item are below.

1. Domestic Purchases

Each month I purchase approximately 1.2 million WRM to meet production demand, which for everybody else translates in to almost 40,000 Q7 tanks a month for eThailand. With the increase in WRM, this cost has obviously gone up significantly.

This term, I'll also be buying up any food and Q7 weapons that are priced competitively. If everybody in eThailand starts to produce WRM, we'll all benefit greatly. Likewise, increased demand for tanks and food will make our treasury even healthier.

When possible, I buy all of this WRM from our own markets, though this doesn't always meet my needs. (Which leads in to the next item..)

2. Trade Partnership

This is an idea I've been thinking of doing for awhile, and thus have given it a lower budget for now so we can experiment with it.

To summarise it, I'd like to work with an ally (the smaller the country the better) to make a better economy between the two of us. This ally will ideally have a trade surplus, and eThailand will solve its trade deficit by buying exclusively from this ally. I anticipate that the economic benefits will be great - all we need is a willing ally.

3. Infrastructure

Again, another item aimed at our current trade deficit. This budget covers the creation of 100 aluminium mines. It will create 140cc per day in taxes, and meet around 13% of our current deficit meaning an overall lower cost on tank production.

4. Public Worker Wages

Current expense on our public workers is just short of 4,000cc per day - there won't be additional recruitment this month and wages will stay the same.

If anybody would like to see anything included in the budget, let me know! 🙂
