NZDF II
Calling all Kiwis, your country needs you!
The New Zealand Defence Forces is being reformed and reintroduced, amidst talks between both divisions of eNew Zealand. The Defense Council is reforming itself, with the advice of Military Experts, and today will choose their CoDF.
Not only will the Defense Council be shaken up to introduce new blood, but all of Command will be chosen from scratch, and will go through Training to ensure they do their job well. Anyone who shows a passionate interest in the Military, good activity, and works hard shall be considered for Command positions, no matter who you are, or your history!
Joining the New Zealand Defence Force is a top priority for all Kiwis. Not only does it give you a new environment and community work in and alongside, but it gives you all a chance to fight for your country and it's allies. All members of eNZ are welcome, with the ex-serbians agreeing to be integrated into the NZDF without problem, the start to a promising relationship between both sides.
What do you get for joining? Everyone who helps the Military by working in one of our supply production companies will receive daily supplies enabling them to 5 fights, for free. There shall also be supplies given to everyone else during mass attack strikes.
When we have important battles, we will ensure that all our soldiers are kitted out fully to ensure maximum damage, with the SAS leading the attack as our highest damage dealers.
Obligatory hot women

so if command is going to be from scratch...then why the hell didn't people just join the one that was already establish and avoid this whole ugly business? i mean, i heard that the reason exserb Kiwis didn't join was because they wanted to keep their command chain and organization...
or is this "reform" just means its exactly as they want it to be but it reforms from the one that was killed?
im a little angry about this but the military shouldn't have politics and ill join and serve eNZ!
Oh, yea. please remove "Aotearoa" from the banner, as i said the military isn't political and i dont want to serve ANY political party but eNZ best interests, which is different from Aotearoa!
I wont join until its clear who ill serve...
Chetan Zapato
You know what this word exactly mean??
Chetan, "Aotearoa" is not displayed anywhere, wtf?
The serbs are welcome to join, and will be doing so this time, into the OLD structure.
Who control the NZDF?
Darkmantle, yes it is, in the Banner to click to register, under the BIG words FORCE, there are little words that say "Te Ope O Aotearoa"
Generation X, what word are you refering to? im just confused about the cause of and results of this reform...will it be the old one or a serbian style or what? and why is it under Aotearoa or am i missing something; is the use of aotearoa unrelated and i misunderstood?
wait a minute, i click on the banner and it takes me to the site that im already a soldier under...
Chetan, if you don't like it, you don't have to join. It's as simple as that. The military is always political, anyway.
Name me one military that isn't driven by politics.
adam, shut it...
adam, shut it...
So hostile.
Adam you simply just don't know enough of what's going to legitmately make ANY commentary on this. And I'm not going to waste any of my time bothering to explain the whole situation to you either.
Yes all militaries are to an extent somewhat political, but we want to make THIS one as apolitical as possible.
FYI, NZ no longer needs a devil's advocate as you claim yourself to be. At the beginning we needed one to shake things up and ask the tough questions but now we have Aoteoaroa/plenty of others to question/counter anything and everything anybody (english-speaking community) does.
Not to be a dick but I implore you to take a stand and fight for something you believe in instead of the random commentary.
You don't think I believe in what I say? I always say what I think, blunt or abrasive as it might be. I don't hide behind anyone or anything.
If you think I am just making "random commentary", then you apparently haven't even been paying attention to me.
Chetan, that is the NZDF motto in real life, and so has been used for us too. I didn't actually link it to the political part, it is not related to that in any manner.
And you still need to register. All soldiers will be REMOVED tomorrow and will have to sign up again, so we can see the real numbers, as we don't know who will be staying, etc...
Yeah, Aotearoa is the Maori word for "New Zealand".
What, did you think it was some sort of Serbian word?
"..then you apparently haven't even been paying attention to me. "
No, I have not. 😛
I believe you believe in what you say but I think you need to actually get involved and 'pick' a side instead of simply taking the easy path of being a political commentator (albeit one who happens to never criticize Aotearoa).
It's so easy to be a critic and just sit back and laugh at everybody else instead of actually getting involved and being productive. You could say you're being productive to an extent but as a I pointed out there is plenty of political strife, etc already, so your position of "devil's advocate" is mere overkill at this point.
In other words, you don't really do anything useful anymore.
Give me something worth complaining about Aotearoa, other than you thinking they're a PTO, which I never once believed they were since the very beginning.
Finally, I have the "Feed the Kiwi" initiative. What do you have that's so "useful"? Complaining about me complaining?
I speak English so i thought that would be enough since it is an official language of the country although i recognize the native language of Maori, which is also official.
Yet i admit i know very little of it, and assumed that if there are RL kiwis here, most likely they are not of Maori decent. Anyways, yes i did assume it was a translated Serbian word because it is their party and for that i apologize for my bias...i even wrote "...use of aotearoa unrelated and i misunderstood?" in regards to the party but yea ok, so i reapply in a bit?
btw, will my pre-reorganization experience be considered? thanks
You could have just Googled "Aotearoa" and found it out. You don't need an understanding of Maori to do that.
"Te Ope Kaatua o Aotearoa" is the Maori translation of "New Zealand Defense Force", fyi.
Chetan, all military experience will be considered.
