Join eIDF, for a brighter future!

The only thing that’s new about this article since last time is the changed link and this paragraph. Other than that, it’s re-published through the eIDF org. only to make it more official. As of now the army is going through last modifying stages to adapt to the new fighting module, and concentrates on training until there would be a good reason to fight as a whole army in one battle.
For those who don’t know eIDF yet, the benefits to those who join are:

-Explanation of the game to new players (starting from 7.10.10)
-Learn everything there is to know about fighting
-Extremely cheap prices for weapons (best troops get them for free!)
-No need to constantly check for orders, you’ll receive them personally
-We’ll find opportunity fights for you and give you free tickets so you may participate (mobile troops only)
-Get a chance to lead a unit (prove yourself first of course), and really make a change
-And most importantly, defend your country

All these are the benefits of joining eIDF. In return, you are only asked to obey orders, and you are still allowed to miss some of the calls, everyone does what he can.

The duty of an eIDF soldier is one we should all share, from the congress members and the president himself to newcomers and players who don’t know what they are doing. It includes the very essence eRepublik- it includes community, daily management, and messing with the war module. If you play this game and don’t join the army, it would be like trying to swim in a bathtub when you have your own swimming pool. Whatever you may seek- national pride, attention, responsibility, action, communication… It can all be found in the eIDF.

Last thing, I’ll make it clear right here, eIDF is a non-political organization. Involvement of political activity and voting requests as part of the military service are forbidden, and no political opinion would influence one’s progress in the army as a soldier.

הדבר היחיד החדש פה זה הקישור לטופס ההצטרפות שהשתנה והפסקה הזאת. אני רק מעלה את זה עוד פעם דרך ארגון צה"ל כדי להפוך את זה לרשמי. בכל אופן, דיווח כללי לגבי הצבא- עוברים התאמות אחרונות לגרסת הקרב החדשה, ועוסקים באימונים עד שתהיה סיבה טובה לקבץ את הצבא כולו בקרב בודד.
עבור אלה שעדיין לא יודעים על צה"ל, היתרונות עבור מצטרפים הם:

-לימוד המשחק עצמו לשחקנים חדשים (החל מה- 7.10.10)
-תלמד כל דבר שיש לדעת על קרבות
-נשק זול מאוד (אפילו חינם, לחיילים הטובים ביותר!)
-אין צורך לבדוק כל פעם אם יש הוראות חדשות, תקבל אותן באופן אישי
-נמצא עבורך קרבות ששווה להילחם בהם ותקבל כרטיסים חינם כדי להגיע לקרב (כוחות ניידים בלבד)
-הזדמנות להנהיג ולהוביל חיילים אחרים. לעשות שינוי
-והכי חשוב, להגן על המדינה שלך

את כל אלה יכול להשיג כל אחד שמצטרף לצה"ל. בתמורה אתה רק צריך לעקוב אחר הודעות, אתה אפילו לא נדרש להיענות לכולם- כל אחד עושה מה שיכול.

החובה אותה נושאים חיילי צה"ל היא כזו שכולנו צריכים לשאת, מחברי כנסת והנשיא בעצמו, עד לשחקנים החדשים ואלה שלא יודעים אפילו איך לשחק נכון. הצבא ממצה את כל תכלית המשחק- כולל הרכב קהילה, ניהול יומי, והתעסקות עם הדגם הצבאי. לשחק ולא להצטרף לצבא זה כמו לנסות לשחות באמבטיה כאשר יש לך בריכה פרטית. כל מה שאתה רק יכול לשחק עבורו- גאווה מדינית, תשומת לב, אחריות, פעולה, תקשורת... כל זה תוכל למצוא בצה"ל.

דבר אחרון, שיהיה כבר עכשיו ברור, צה"ל אינו ארגון פוליטי. לכלול פעילות פוליטית או קידום בחירות כחלק במסגרת שירות צבאית אסור בהחלט. וכמובן, דעות פוליטיות או שיוך למפלגה מסוימת לא משפיעים על התקדמותו של חייל בצבא.
