Jockson's easy manifesto

first, I'd like to get all the parties' support in the elections. No counter candidates please.
In this broad coalition every party that supports Jockson will get government position in the form of a Ministry to run along with a large budget. Consider this the best solution for one stable government.

All the parties support, I said!


Now to explain how the things would be run, I should explain you the future Government organizational structure.

Both aspects of the country, military and economical will be governed by your future Prime Minister and the Parliament. This are the two executive bodies that nation's prosperity will depend on.
Short introduction eh, now down to the business...

Prime Minister and the Parliament

Under Jockson, his Prime Minister position would be backed up by three persons:
Minister of Defense - gives instructions on MPPs to sign or renew and wars to declare.
Minister of Defense will have a task to run the MoD newspaper. His additional task is to reform the military into 3 statistical army units: regular, recruits, civilian, and report about number of soldiers, average damage and their mobility.
Phoenix envoy - gives instructions on battlefronts and battles to start or retreat.
Phoenix envoy, our man in Phoenix headquarters, you probably all know him, will have an aditional task: to cut our Phoenix fee by 20% because of our population problem.
Governor of Bank of England - gives instructions to money proposals.
Primer Minister - has to do all the work.

The Parliament will be about 40 congressmen with a task to backup Prime Minister in the money & war decisions. As the game mechanisms allow Prime Minister to veto any instructions and act on his own, so does it allow the Parliament to boycott any government money issues or to impeach him. Therefore it is important for head of state and parliament to get along well. Therefore the congressmen that will not be suitable, shall be expelled from the country for 30 days to Siberia.


The Government and the budget

The Government duties will be as usual, to run the country.

I has set out a pacifist policy for the next 30 days. This is my programme. It is the most progressive program, and the best adequate to the current geopolitical situation and it includes: 1.) no war declarations, 2.) cuts on MPP expenses, and 3.) as few fights as possible. This is to save a lot of gold. It's in Prime Minister's power to save a lot of gold that would otherwise be spent on war and I intend to push my policy in that direction not too much, but as much as the situation will allow. Except for the soldiers that might have to travel more than usual, this will be the best month ever, it will set out this country to until we completely win the war.
The second part of Jockson programme is forming a large budgets for all Ministries and all 3 armies. I assure you, this will be the largest budgets ever.
And the third part is national moanuments.

The Ministers

The Ministers are here to build the national monuments. So, the Minister's duty will be to do what he thinks is necesary. There shall be as many Ministries and departments as there are parties in this country that will support my candidacy, so I take the ocasion to invite all party presidents to let me know on the deal. There are exactly 22 government positions for future ministers and chiefs of departments. There are a few kinds of national monuments each month, and we intend to build the three topless girls ones.
