I have three different food companies needing employees. They are as follows:

Kosher Foods,
Worker's Food, and
Alabama Foods.

While there are, indeed, job offers posted these are misleading. The reason they are misleading is because people with low wellness will take them and work them before I have a change to cull them.

I do not want to cull anyone but business demands that you hire only those that qualify. Since Admin is incapable of adding a "wellness limitation" to job offers we have to do it via offered wages.

These wages are NOT set in stone! I use the Production Formula and if you are worth more then you will get more!

Please consider one of these excellent companies as your next choice for employment!

A good topic to bring up.

One thing I tell every new player who asks for advice is, "keep your wellness up... it makes your employer love you and want to keep you, and you can even negotiate for a raise!"

The truth is, the offers you see in HR are not set in stone beyond the initial hire. They can go up... or down.

If you keep your wellness high and can manage to click the "work" button every day, you can negotiate with a smart employer for a higher wage.

With which you can buy a house, or a newspaper, or an org, take over small defenseless countries (kidding-- mostly).

Thanks, Moishe, for bringing up an important point. I wish employers and employees understood it better.

Has anyone done a graph or chart showing how much more a wellness 90 employee produces than a wellness 30 employee?
