If you published this as a business owner in real life you'd at least be subject to subject to massive fines and possibly end up in jail for anti-competitive behaviour. If you can't make a profit at market wages then don't employ people at those rates, if others can make a profit then good luck to them, and let the citizens taking up their offers buy more goods, fight more often and rank/level up more quickly.
This has nothing to do with multi accounts and everything to do with suppressing salary growth so that you can make a profit off the back of your workers. If a multi player had any sense they'd be in China, Indonesia or some other country where they can regularly earn way more than is offered in Australia and still buy goods much cheaper.
mate look at their companies,they are full in multis!!check this workers http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/5536061 http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/5433607 http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/5535952 http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/5536046 ...

I agree there are a lot of multi accounts, but the 2 issues are separate. If higher wages encouraged creation of multi accounts then they would be created in countries with higher wages than Australia. Employers collaborating to reduce wages will not reduce multi account creation, but it will penalise 'real' citizens looking for a higher standard of living.
Good on you for pointing out the multi accounts, but I don't believe it is linked to salaries.
