Dear eBelgians, fellow countrymen, partymembers, comrades

The time has come. The next CP elections are coming, and new articles from CP candidates are being written every day now.
Here is a preview of how my government would look like:

Ministry of Defence
Defence plays a very important role in our eRepublik lifes. We live in a hostile eWorld, so a strong military is necessary. This ministry would be given the task to reform the military, and put it back in full state control. Private MU's would be 'illegal', unless they have a state license, that guarantees government support. Joining these MU's would be advised, if not mandatory. They represent the state, and will only fight where, and when, the government says to.
[Controlling them could also be done by the MoHA.]

Ministry of Foreign Affairs
This is as important as our MoD, this is our defence, not by means of arms, but by means of words.
Their task should be to improve foreign relations, to make the way for perhaps a new alliance (eEurope), to make sure we can make nations to join our cause, …

Ministry of Home Affairs
This ministry would be charged with keeping our ‘Home Affairs’ all right.
This ministry will have three State Secretaries:
1. Secretary of State Information.
This will be split up in two:
one part for questions about the government, laws, ...
the other part for suggestions about new laws, ... from citizens
who aren't politically active.
2. Secretary of Language & Dialogue Improvement.
The foundation and management of the linguistic groups, who can guide players in their native language (Dutch, French or German). This could create entire new communities. They should keep the good relations and the dialogues running.
3. Secretary of Welfare & Provisions.
He/she will be responsible for the food distribution.

Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda
This ministry would regulate our eBelgian culture, press, …
Three State Secretaries:
1. eBelgian press, foreign press, newspapers
2. Budget, law, propaganda, personal, defence, international, literature, visual arts
3. ‘Tourism’

Ministry of Finance
Our state should enforce a protectionist policy, while still trying to grow our economy.
The government should invest in rolling funds, and sell it at a reasonable price, to improve our states treasury. The National Bank would fall under the control of this ministry. This national bank could give out loans to citizens for a low interest (perhaps none, but the state has to get her money from somewhere...).

Ministry of National Security
This ministry has been doing a great job so far, but perhaps some more government funding / attention for this would be great.

Ministry of Immigration
Together with the MoNS, they defend our state’s security. They would control the flood of immigrants. Every immigrant should do a test, and if they fail, they’re never ever welcome again.

Ministry of Education
This ministry would still be the teacher of our (new) citizens, and together with the MoD, would be in control of the BTA.
This ministry will reward players who have been of great service to their country (eBelgium). This can be politicians, soldiers, newspaper giants, ...
This could also be done by appointing them the ceremonial function of governor / ... . The rewards can vary between monital rewards to medals, ... .

CP Chancellary
Each ministry would have a deputy (vice-minister?) that would report directly to the CP. He would recieve orders from the CP and pass them to their ministers. This is the overarching body, with the CP at the head of it.

With these new ministries, new jobs would be created, which can give more players political experience. Invest in our youth, as they are the future of our nation!
Bring the dialogue back in game! I do not oppose the use of the forum, as who am I to destroy something that our people have created? But I can say this, the government should do everything that lies in her power in bringing back the game to eRepublik itself!
