Jedinice se raspadaju! / Units are breaking apart!

Mislim, ono, regrutovali bi mi kad bi bilo poente. Trenutno ih ima 99 i svrstani su u 4 aktivna bataljona, jedan bataljon mirovnih snaga i jedan regrutni bataljon i uvek su bili otvoreni za još regruta/kandidata. Međutim jedna mala izmena u igri je sve to promenila. Da, pogodili ste, radi se o ograničavanju broja radnika u firmama na samo 5 po firmi. To znači da je svaka buduća vojna organizacija osuđena na propast.

FUNKCIONISANJE JEDINICA

Naša zemlja ima neograničeni izvor ljudskog materijala i postala je prava mala fabrika vojnih jedinica, a vojne jedinice su odlično sredstvo za usmeravanje i iskorištavanje vojne moći pojedinca. Po trenutnim procenama u Srbiji postoji oko 40-50 vojnih i paravojnih jedinica čije je brojno stanje u proseku 60 ljudi. Sve ove jedinice ne mogu funkcionisati bez sopstvenih izvora naoružanja i opreme. Da, dame i gospodo, drugarice i drugovi, braćo i sestre, najvažnija stvar za vojnu jedinicu nije posedovanje MU Orga, najvažnija stvar je posedovanje kompanija.

Pre ovih izmena, da bi normalno funkcionisala svaka jedinica je morala posedovati barem dve firme: fabriku za preradu gume (tzv. gumaru) i fabriku za proizvodnju tenkova (tzv. tenkaru), te magacinski prostor veličine 20.000 mesta. Svo raspoloživo ljudstvo bilo bi raspoređeno u te dve fabrike i to u odnosu 2:1 u korist fabrike za preradu gume. Dakle na svakog vojnika zaposlenog u „tenkari“ jedinica je morala imati dva vojnika zaposlena u „gumari“ i time se proizvodnja zaokruživala. Jedinica od 60 ljudi dnevno je mogla proizvesti 360 tenkova sa samo 300 dinara troškova proizvodnje. Naravno, postoje još neke metode po kojima se moglo proizvesti i više tenkova sa istim brojem ljudi, ali to nije tema članka pa ćemo preskočiti taj deo. Dakle 360 tenkova + refund = veoma velika količina štete na ratištu.

PROMENE

I onda dolaze promene. Promene koje onemogućavaju stvaranje novih jedinica i guše mogućnosti već postojećih. Već postojeće jedinice dobile su mogućnost da nastave sa radom kao i do sada, pod uslovom da uspeju zadržati vojnike u svojim firmama. Svaka nova regrutacija je nemoguća. Međutim za nove jedinice pravilo od 5 zaposlenih po firmi samo po sebi nameće sistem celodnevnog rada i prisustva u igri. Da bi održala nivo proizvodnje od 360 tenkova dnevno, jedinica od 60 ljudi bi morala svaki dan da se rotira u firmi, odradi, dobije otkaz i sledeći dan ponovo. A to je uvažene kolege veoma naporno i praktično nemoguće odraditi. I došli smo do toga da vojne jedinice nakon ovog pravila više ne mogu funkcionisati. Ne mogu vršiti regrutaciju jer nemaju gde zaposliti nove ljude. Međutim postoji izlaz iz ovog problema.

MILITARY UNIT ORGANIZATION

Kao što sam već u nekoliko ranijih svojih članaka govorio, potrebno je već postojećim MU Orgovima dati neki smisao, a ovo je savršena prilika da se to i učini. Omogućiti firmama koje se nalaze na MU Orgu da primaju 20, 40 ili neograničeni broj radnika.

- stvaranje košta 50 zlatnika
- ima 50 slotova za vojnike i 5 slotova za kompanije/magacine
- može se proširiti sa 10 zlatnika za 10 vojničkih slotova i 10 zlatnika za 1 kompanijski slot
- raw kompanije na MU orgu imaju kapacitet 40 vojnika, weapon i food kompanije imaju kapacitet 20 vojnika.

- pripadnici MU ne mogu pristupiti JOB MARKETU i mogu se zaposliti samo u MU firmama
- pripadnici MU u firmama rade besplatno ali gube 20 healtha
- oprema se sa MU ne može prodavati na tržištu
- oprema se sa MU može donirati samo pripadnicima tog MU-a
- 5% bonusa na trening za pripadnike MU orgova

50 zlatnika za ozbiljnu jedinicu nije velika suma, kao ni 10 zlatnika za proširivanje kapaciteta. Zabrana pristupa Job Marketu i zabrana prodaje vojnih proizvoda na Marketu se uvodi zbog ograničavanja hiperprodukcije. Vojnik koji dobija naoružanje od svoje jedinice može sebi priuštiti da radi i za manju platu u privatnoj firmi i time obara cenu rada civilima te mu se zbog toga onemogućuje rad kod privatnika.

Sa druge strane, veće plate koje će privatnik isplaćivati civilnim radnicima (jer zbog nedostatka vojne radne snage dolazi do manjka ukupne radne snage na tržištu) dovešće do većih cena proizvoda na tržištu. Da vojska ne bi obarala cenu uvedeni su zabrana prodaje MU orgu na marketu i gubitak healtha od 20 umesto 10 bodova. Zaobilaženje zabrane prodaje na marketu MU org može izbeći tako što će opremu donirati jednom vojniku, a taj vojnik će robu staviti na prodaju i profit vratiti na MU org. Međutim, s obzirom da se vojna oprema proizvodi sa 20 healtha gubitka, ona će biti za nijansu skuplja od opreme koja se proizvodi kod privatnika i neće biti isplativo prodavati je. Time štitimo ekonomiju države koja će se nesmetano razvijati.

40 vojnika u raw i 20 vojnika u weapon kompaniji omogućavaju zaokruživanje proizvodnje bez dodatnih troškova. Ako jedinica želi više od 60 ljudi onda mora kupiti dodatne raw i weapon firme. Vojnici koji dnevno gube veću količinu zdravlja kompenzovani su sa 5% višom snagom prilikom treninga.

Radnik dobija veću platu, industrijalac dobija veći profit (nedostatak naoružanja vojska će nadoknađivati kupovinom na marketu), vojska dobija redovnu radnu snagu za proizvodnju naoružanja, vojnik dobija brži napredak u snazi, a admini dobijaju veću potrošnju golda i kupovanje istog putem kreditnih kartica. Svi su zadovoljni!

I mean, like, WE would recruit if there was a point to it. Right now there are 99 Eagles organized into 4 active battalions, one NZ peace keeping battalion and one recruitment battalion and they were allways opened for new recruits. But one small change in rules of the game changed everything. Yes you guessed, I’m talking about limitation of workers in companies. With only 5 workers allowed, every future military organization is doomed to failure.

UNITS ORGANIZATION

eSerbia has unlimited source of human material and has become a true plant for production of military units. And military units were always a great mean for concentrating and using military power of individual players. There are around 40-50 military and paramilitary units working in eSerbia and average number of soldiers in those units is about 60. These units cannot function without steady supply of weapon and equipment. Yes ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, brothers and sisters, most important thing for a unit is not possesion of MU org but possesion of companies.

Before these changes, in order to function normally, every unit had to have at least two companies: rubber and Q5 tank companies and storage of at least 20.000 places. All available soldiers would be employed in those companies and odds would be 2:1 in favor of rubber company. So for every soldier in tank company unit had to have two soldiers in rubber company and that’s how manufacturing process would be perfect. Unit with 60 men could manufacture up to 400 tanks a day with only about 1.5 G of production expenses. There are, ofcourse, some other methods for producing more tanks with the same number of soldiers but those methods a bit more complex and are not the part of this article so we’re going to skip it. So 400 tanks + refund = very big influence on the battlefield.

CHANGES

And then we got new changes. Changes which made creation of new units virtualy impossible and functioning of already created units very hard. Already existing units can survive and continue their work only if they can keep their soldiers from leaving the company. Any new recruitment is impossible. For newly formed units 5 employees rule is a large obstacle which forces soldiers of those units to be non-stop online. In order to maintain productivity of at least 400 tanks per day, soldiers must apply for work, work and then get fired only to start this process again tomorrow. And that is very hard and virtualy impossible to do every day. So we got to the place where military units cannot function because of this new rule. They cannot recruit new men because they cannot employ them and the whole system breaks down. But there is a way out of this problem.

MILITARY UNIT ORGANIZATION

As I already mentioned before in some of my previous articles, we need to give some sense into already existing MU orgs and this is a perfect oportunity to do so.

- It costs 50 G to create
- It has 50 slots for soldiers and 5 slots for companies
- It can be expande😛 10 G for 10 soldier slots and 10 G for 1 company slot

- Members of MU cannot access JOB MARKET and can only work in MU companies.
- Raw companies on MU orgs can employ 40 and food or weapon companies can employ maximum of 20 soldiers.
- Members of one MU can work in MU's companies for free but they loose 20 health
- Equipment produced in MU's companies cannot be sold on market
- Equipment produced in MU's companies can be donated only to soldiers of that MU
- 5% training bonus for MU members

50 G is nothing for serious military unit and 10 G for expanding it is also a small price to pay. Not allowing soldiers of MU to go to Job Market is here to force them to work in MU companies. Banning military goods on market is there to stop hyperproduction. Soldier getting weapons from his unit can afford to work in private companies for smaller sallary and in that way sallaries for civilians are reduced. That’s why it is forbiden for soldiers to go to Job Market.

On the other hand, higher sallaries for civilians (soldiers are working in MU companies and there is a shortage of workers so their sallaries go up) makes merchandise more expensive. There are two rules in orther to disable the army in controling the market. MU is forbidden to sell merchandise on market and working in MU companies makes you loose 20 health. MU’s can cheat their way into the market by donating stuff to one of it’s soldiers and that soldiers can then sell MU’s guns and food on the market. But, since MU equipment is produced with 20 health loss instead of 10, that equipment will be slightly more expensive than civilian equipment.

40 soldiers in raw and 20 in weapon company allows MU to create enough number of tanks without extra expenses. If the unit wants to have more than 60 soldiers then it has to expand MU with slots and buy new companies. Soldiers are losing more health daily but are compensated with 5% training bonus.

Worker gets higher sallary, company owner gets higher profits (in case of lack of equipment army will buy it on the market), army gets regular and active workforce for production of equipment, soldier gets free weapon and 5% training bonus, admins get increased demand for gold which is met by using credit cards. We all win!
