JDS - March 2014 End of term report

Day 2,323, 08:08 Published in Australia Australia by Joey Development Scheme

G'day Aussies,

This is the monthly round up to cover March 2014 and obviously we are heading into the next CP's term without needing a cent from the Government. It's tribute to some of you amazing people that we have never once had a penny of tax payers money and have run purely on public donations. We will be releasing an article shortly with the names of every single person that has donated to the JDS since it's rebirth last July, you deserve your recognition and we'll make sure you get it.

So a new month begins and we will ensure that this Department will continue to help the young and needy. The link to the tasks and the rewards for each task is linked below so please click and read if you are under level 35 and need help with upgrading your training grounds.

Anyway, lets get on with the reason for this article eh?...

So, we started the month with 378 gold and 54,475 AUD now we find the JDS accounts with the huge sum of 341 gold and 97,470 AUD and that is thanks to the 44 gold and 63,000AUD in donations we received from the following people who donated this month -

Cyber.Casper - 60,000AUD
Ranger Bob - 19 gold
Greg MacGregor - 1000AUD
Dr Hugh Jardon - 10 gold
Claire Louise - 10 gold
AussieCro - 2000AUD
Roboz - 5 gold

March has seen 14 applicant through the JDS doors and one applicant who completed all the tasks - so congratulations to Gaha on that achievement. From those 14 applicants a staggering 134 tasks were completed which saw a whopping 181 gold sent out as rewards. We are proud that our new system has made sure that no applicants were multi accounts and no gold was wasted, something we are extremely proud of.

The gold was sent out to the following people and on these specific dates - Part 1 and Part 2.

On a personal note i wish to thank the huge amount of work and time put in by my fellow Director Claire Louise. She is the one who keeps all the records for JDS up to date baring the odd one or two applicants that I attempt to register into our G-Docs, and is the one who logs and records all applicants I.P addresses so no multiple accounts who apply can walk away with your donated gold. I am not ashamed to say I wouldn't be able to keep this Department running nowhere near as smoothly as it does. While I regularly check for new players to stalk with PM's for the scheme and write the articles, she is the brains and heartbeat of this young player scheme. Thank you Claire.

The J.D.S is run by your Government but with funds from donations by kind citizens, the aim is to help young players and newly returning players who are new to eRepublik and those players who are level 34 and under. Mainly those who entered the game or returned and need that little helping hand. We are not politically biased and there are no hidden catches, you do not have to pay back the rewards or join any political parties. All you have to do is look at the tasks which you will find in a link below, they are very simple and designed to help you adapt into the game and the eAustralian community. Some of the tasks are as simple as reaching certain levels and even just signing up to the eAustralian forums...they are that simple and you get a gold reward for each one completed.

Each task completed will see you receive 1gold, the aim is that you will save it for Training Ground updates because in this game the key thing is strength, and you achieve this by training. The best advice we can offer is for you to save your gold until the admins release an offer on upgrading training grounds...then spend away and upgrade. The higher your strength the more damage you do which is beneficial to yourself and your country and will see you earn more gold as well.

We strongly urge you to take the game and tasks slowly and avoid heavy fighting until you have a respectable strength.

✰ ✰ ✰ THE TASKS CAN BE FOUND BY CLICKING THIS LINK ✰ ✰ ✰

Once you have completed any of the tasks then contact your JDS Directors - either myself - Dr Hugh Jardon or Claire Louise, we will then send you a form to fill in...don't worry all it is is two lines long and just asks for your eRepublik name and a link to your eRepublik profile...that's all, when you have done that then you will receive your free gold.

If you are a new player and definitely leaving and not returning, or someone who has fallen out of love with the game then why not sell your companies and donate the proceeds to helping young players in the same position as yourself? All monies donated are used 100% on young and new players only. Leave a legacy and help a fellow Aussie
