You may have tought that we were doing nothing, because you didn't hear anything from us, but we were working on that. Job offers will come up soon.

The writing is a bit unrefined, and the rewards aren't as large as some other groups can offer. But this new IUP is in it's infancy, and well intentioned. I look forward to seeing you guys grow, and mature with time. You will probably get some troll comments. Just ignore them, and stay dedicated. In a year, who knows where you guys might be.
