Just like the Real Life Mahno you need to chose your allies carefully Romania doesn't need any Ukrainian province. We need only free trade with Ukraine. Your Hungarian "allies" on the other hand hold two Ukrianian provinces "for your protection".
If you take time to reflect on the Ukrainian citizenship issue you'll see why this is happening: to make sure after the Romanian Congress members resign there will be no Hungarian president in the next elections and no Hungarian PTO in 2 months when the current contract expires. As long as there will be less Ukrainians than foreigners in Ukraine those things will happen. Get more Ukrainians to play the game and you will be safe from any sort of TO.
Also do keep in mind that the Hungarian TOs (one led by nobody else but Quicksilver) simply resulted in robbing the Ukrainian treasury. The Romanian PTO not only didn't take away a grivna but also gave Ukraine a shiny new Q5 hospital.

2. Nu uita ca TO-ul a fost inventat de noi. Asta din Ucraina a fost incalzirea pentru Ungaria. De doua luni tot bagam cate un singur om in parlamentul de pe malul eDunarii (he, he) ca sa vedem daca miroase cineva ceva. Se pare ca nu. Asa ca pregateste-te sa vezi ceva spectaculos in tara ta favorita

Scurta istorie a poporului ungar (pe aia lunga o pastrez pentru un articol in presa rosu-alb-verde): o mana de insi ajung in secolul IX in Bazinul carpatic si profitand de vidul de putere cuceresc unul-cate-unul statuletele din zona. Sunt atat de putini incat nu lasa in urma descendenti genetici (o sa vezi studii ale Academiei Ungare se Stiinte in articolul ala - asta-i doar teaser-ul). O parte din autohtoni - aia mai pupincuristi - adopta insa limba invadatorului si asa ajunge ea sa supravietuiasca pana azi. But don't you worry: Asturias, Catalonia and Ontario are secure now. Which means EDEN/Fortis can concentrate on expelling the Indonesians from America. That's gonna happen in the first week of September. After that it's plenty of time left to eject Hungary from Dnipro and Siveria. Once that's done Hungary would be free not to renew the MPP with Ukraine because Podolia would be out of reach anyway.
